ABSTRACT

Food plays a very important role in our day-to-day life. With an increase in globalization quality of
food decreases day-by-day.now most of the foods such as fruits and vegetables are preserved with chemicals
which causes food contamination. This contamination leads to various diseases which results that consumer
wants the healthy food. The people want organic food is for healthy lifestyle. So, to avoid the problem which
is associated with food without human interpretation we need such a device which helps to determine the
quality of food. And in warehouses and the cold storages we have to maintain a specific temperature and
humidity values and also light intensity and gas sensors also. This will help us to reduce the food wastage and
it is easy to inspect the food. And this device is very cost effective.
