Note 1: Gross income may vary depending on the hours you work.
Note 2: Total weekly gross income includes: base salary, assistance bonus and productivity bonuses (QA, AHT and ADH).
Note 3: In order to qualify for the “total” weekly gross income you must not have any absence.

BENEFITS:

According to Law from the first day in Training. After the trial period (60 days), you will get other benefits such as: meal coupons,
saving fund, medical expenses plan.

HIRING DATE:

● Your hiring date with TELAT is on: September 19th, 2022.

● It’s important to bring all your personal documents on that day!

TRAINING PERIOD:

● Training starts on September 19th and finishes on September 30th . The schedule for training is: Monday to Friday 9:00
am - 16:00 pm with Saturday and Sunday off.
● From the first day of training you will be hired as an employee, so the training period will be paid according to the
payroll dates.
● Training payment: during the two weeks of training, you’ll get paid 8 hrs per day and 6 days per week, even though
your training schedule covers only 7 hrs per day and 5 days per week.
● The payment per hour is $86.00 (gross income).
● If you miss three days of training without any justification, you will not be able to continue the training and you will be
dismissed.

NESTING PERIOD:

● The Nesting Period starts on October 3rd, 2022.

● The schedule for Nesting is: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm with Sunday off
● On this day you’ll start your trial period for 60 days.

OPERATIONAL PERIOD:

● Your first day in Operations is on October 10th, 2022.

● Your schedule in Operations is Saturday to Thursdayy 7:00 am - 15:00 pm; DAY OFF on Friday..
(This schedule may change according to operations’ needs).

PAYROLL:

➢ Payroll periods (salary and bonuses): weekly from Monday to Sunday.

➢ The payroll is paid on Friday of the next week.

TRAINING AND WORKPLACE:
