To help the project in budgetary necessities, the money that we will be using in
this project will undergo to a process where it will properly plan and will need the
critical thinking of the group. The half of the cash will be used to flexibly attend to
the nourishments of consistently needs and the other half is for the extra structure
materials for the reused items that are delivered by the recipients for a progressively
respectable atmosphere. To implement this project, sufficient money and financial
stability must be considered. There are two possible ways to collect funds, first we are
going to contribute money from our group and that will be for the food and other
things that we will use in the said project. Moreover, the second one is we are about
to have a solicitation to the municipality officials and to the community members.
The money we will collect will serve as a fund for the things that we need to
implement our project. Proper handling of the money is highly considered and using
it wisely will contribute to our strategic plan.
As for the monitoring and evaluation of the project, the committee is about to
prepare an Attendance Sheet, Assessment, Performance Monitoring Plan and the
Certificate of Participation before, during and after the program. Attendance Sheet,
the attendance of participants will be monitored every session. The Assessment, there is a
discussion that will be conducted every session. The understanding of the participants will be
assessed through the activities that will follow. Performance Monitoring Plan, it is the sharing
of proposed activities with the people included in the program and proponents. It will identify
indicators to be collected and analyzed, it engage people in every step of the program and
monitor the various components of the program including the inputs such as the finances,
staffs, training materials and transportation. Also the needed good flow processes for the
program. Ensuring the quality of the program is sustainable and maintained and it includes
the output monitoring and the outcome monitoring of the project. Lastly is the Certificate of
Participation, on the last session of the “Youth Con-4mity Project” all participants will be
given certificates to acknowledge their cooperation to the whole project. There will also be
special awards to recognize the exceptional participants in our activities.
