1) READING – 1 hodina 15 minut, je rozdělena na 4 úkoly, dohromady 35 otázek. Multiple matching – Ke každému odstavci připojujete jednu větu či nadpis. Část obsahuje 6-7 odstavců a 7-8 vět, vždy jedna věta přebývá. Multiple-choice questions – Porozumění detailů, podstatě věci a názorům a také testuje odhadování významu slov. Tato část se skládá ze 7-8 otázek se 4 možnostmi (A,B,C,D,). Vašim úkolem je vybrat správnou odpověď podle informací získaných z textu. Gapped text – Pochopení struktury textu. Přečtete si text, který má 7-8 vynechaných vět či odstavců. Tyto části a jedna navíc jsou umístěny pod textem. Vaším úkolem je přiřadit správné části do správných vynechaných míst. Multiple matching – Schopnost najít specifické informace v textu. Přečtete si 13-15 otázek nebo sdělení o textu, který byl rozdělen na sekce, a podle získaných informací musíte rozhodnou, která část obsahuje informaci vztahující se k otázce či sdělení. 2) USE OF ENGLISH – na vypracování otázek této části je 1 hodina 15 minut. Otázky jsou rozděleny do 5 úkolů. Multiple-choice cloze – testuje slovní zásobu, přečtete si text s 15 mezerami a musíte do každé mezery doplnit vhodné slovo z nabídky (A,B,C,D) Open cloze – dostanete text s 15 mezerami, nyní ale nemáte žádné možnosti na výběr a musíte sami přijít na nejvhodnější slovo. Do každé mezery se doplňuje pouze 1 slovo, Tento úkol je zaměřen na gramatiku a slovní zásobu. Key word transformation – zaměřené na gramatiku a slovní zásobu. Dostanete 10 vět. Ke každé je připsáno tzv. klíčové slovo a neúplný přepis věty, klíčové slovo musíte doplnit do přepsané věty, aniž byste změnily obsah věty. Do každé mezery se doplňuje 2-5 slov. Word formation – Zadaný text obsahuje v každém řádku mezeru. Na konci každého řádku je velkými písmeny napsán kmen slova, které do mezery patří. Vaším úkolem je dát slovo do správného tvaru. 3) LISTENING – trvá přibližně 40 minut a obsahuje 30 otázek rozdělených do 4 úkolů.) Extracts with multiple-choice questions – uslyšíme 8 zhruba 30vteřinových textů. Ke každému textu musíme odpovědět jednu otázku (možnosti A,B,C). Sentence or note completion – uslyšíte jednu 3 minutovou nahrávku. Vašim úkolem je doplnit zadané věty vhodným slovem z textu. Multiple matching – uslyšíme více krátkých textů. V každém z 5 nahrávek mluví jiná osoba, ale mají společná téma. Úkolem je přidat každé osobě 1 vhodné sdělení, sděleních je celkem 6. Selection from two or three possible answers – jeden delší nebo monolog či dialog. Musíte vybrat správnou odpověď ze dvou až tří možností (true/false, yes/no, A-C). 4) SPEAKING – ústní vyjadřování, konverzace. Zhruba 15 minut. Tuto část skládáme spolu s dalším uchazečem. Jsou přítomni 2 zkoušející: jeden s vámi komunikuje a druhý pouze naslouchá. Interview – nejprve vás zkoušející požádá, abyste řekli něco o sobě (odkud jste, co děláte ve volném čase). Trvá 2 minuty. Individual long turn – dostaneme 2 fotografie, které se porovnávají. Každý z vás mluví okolo 1 minuty, zatímco druhý poslouchá. Když skončíte, zkoušející se vašeho kolegy zeptá na pár otázek k tomu, co jste říkali (pouze stručná odpověď). Pak se role obrátí. Collabotarive task – nyní dostaneme nějaké obrázky a problém, která máme prodiskutovat. Měli byste se dobrat k nějakému závěru. Cílem je zjistit, jak dokážete reagovat na názory jiné osoby. Discussion – nakonec se zkoušející zeptá obou uchazečů na nějakou souhrnnou otázku k tématu z 3. části. 5) WRITING - Psaní je rozděleno na dvě části, na obě části dohromady máte 1 hodinu a 30 minut. Vaším úkolem je napsat 2 texty o rozsahu 120-180 slov. Oba texty jsou hodnoceny rovnocenně. V první části musíte napsat formální či neformální dopis na základě zadaných informací (dopis, ke kterému jsou připsané poznámky, a vy podle těchto poznámek napíšete odpověď ve vhodném stylu - formálním či neformálním). V druhé části máte možnost výběru ze čtyř možností, u každé je přesně zadáno, o jaký typ textu se jedná a základní obsah.
