    SUBJECT : CREATION OF APPRAISAL COMMITTEE ON FORESHORE


    LANDS OF CENRO RXI-2B, BAGANGA, DAVAO ORIENTAL

    1. In the interest of the service and in order that the appraisal and re-appraisal of the
    foreshore lands under the jurisdiction of CENRO RXI-2B-Baganga, Davao Oriental
    are conducted as mandated, an Appraisal Committee is hereby created which shall be
    comprised of the following personnel to wit;

    LMO II/Chief, RPS Giovanni B. Naïve - Member
    Acting LMO III PETER PAUL MEJIA - Member
    EMS II Rustico L. Pasay, Jr. - Member
    Geodetic Engineer Dave Marl A. Menor - Member
    LMO I LevinA. Crayo - Member
    LMO I Angela M. Lanquibo - Member
    Engineering Aide Flordeliz D. Botanas - Member
    Forest Technician I Tara Ann R. Villar - Member

    2. As such, in addition to their present functions, they shall conduct appraisal and re-
    appraisal of foreshore lands in accordance with the manner prescribed in DENR
    Administrative Order No. 98-20 and DENR Administrative Order No. 2007-17.

    3. This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately and shallremain in force unless
    otherwise revoked by the undersigned or higher authority.
