Description This activity was conducted

Objectives The activity aims to provide information on DRRM, accomplishments,

status on the implementation of the Programs, Activities, and Projects
(PAPs), learn best practices from the schools, and settle issues,
challenges, and concerns regarding the implementation of DRRM in
the schools, and districts offices.

Preliminaries Posting of a memorandum for the participants information and

appropriate action.

Design of the The activity was conducted to the institutionalization of

Event protocols ,role, and responsibilities of specific individuals and offices
will facilitate better correspondence.

Methodology The activity is in line with the activities with the confusion in who,
when, and how to carry out specific tasks regarding Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management will be avoided as the deliverables of
DRRM coordinators.

Management of The activity was managed and spearheaded by Division DRRM
