ACTIVITY

Description The Enrolment and Brigada Eskwela Activities for S.Y 2022-2023
highlighted the importance of commitment and cooperation of the
school and its stakeholders in making the school ready to serve the
students and the public.

Objective This activity aimed to establish partnership and linkage between the
school and the stakeholders thru Barangayan wherein – Enrolment
Advocacy, Enrolment schedule and the School Brigada Eskwela
activities were cascaded to the assembly.

Preliminaries  Announcement of the schedule, identification of the focal


persons and venue of the enrolment and Brigada Eskwela.
 Enrolment registration and Brigada Eskwela attendance were
done in front of the school

Design of the a. The enrolment was done of through online registration and
Event walk-in reporting for G7, Grade 11 and transferees.
b. The Brigada Eskwela was in a form of mass gathering of the
School Administration, Faculty Staff, parents , students and
other stakeholders who participated in wide range clean-up
activity.

Methodology  July 25 – 29, 2022 was the schedule for the first batch of
enrolment from Grade 7 to 12, new students and transferees.

 To avoid flocking of students and parents and to prevent the


spread of the virus, the old students enrolled thru social media
through the focal persons per grade level.
 During the Brigada Eskwela, the school had set a schedule for
each year level to participate the Brigada Eskwela
 The advisers had to contact their respective students for the
schedule of clean-up.

Management of  The activities were spearheaded by the School Administration


the Activity and Teachers to guide the stakeholders and parents regarding
enrolment process and Brigada Activities.

Logistical  Following the health protocol, the students and parents


Arrangement approached the designated teachers on duty for the
registration and enrolment.
 Stakeholders, parents and students affixed their names and
signatures on the attendance sheets provided and indicated
the kind of participation they had during the Brigada Eskwela
and number hours they had rendered in the case they served
for clean- up, or did some repairs.
RESULT
