1 Validation period
This offer is valid for 1 week from the submission date
1.1 Prices provided in the offer is based on spot rate of USD
currency on submittal date.
If more time is needed than the validation period , please

After the end of validation period, the supplier has the right

the purchase order/letter of award issued by the customer

2 Payment terms
30% of the total contract value in advance at time of order
and cheques without value or those of postponed payment
are not taken into consideration and the period is taken from

date of receiving the advance payment . consideration and

70% on delivery
3 Delivery period
2-3 week/s from the date of approving the technical drawing

In case of partial deliveries , the proportional part of final

the company has the right to charge storing costs to the
customer in case he is delayed or refused to receive the

order conclude the order of payment within a week from the

in case of any futher modification or additions in the offer
from your side within or after the approval of the technical
drawing , the total value of the additions and modified items
3.4 must be paid on receipt of the goods and according to the
final cost & we have the right to change the offer's
commercial conditions such as modifying the delivery period
or prices according to the required modifications .
Eliaco has the right to extend the delivery period in the
major and beyond the control causes of either party and
3.5 could not foresee or reasonably provide against and which
prevents either from performing duties under the contract as
natural disasters, strikes and fires .

‫المعدات شاملة امر الشراء خالل اسبوع من تاريخ‬
‫الفحص واخطار العميل بميعاد التسليم‬
‫في حالة أية تعديالت أو اضافات قد تطرأ من جانبكم‬
‫عند أو بعد اعتمادكم للرسومات التنفيذية فيلزم في هذة‬
‫الحالة سداد كامل قيمه التعديالت واالضافات المطلوبة‬
‫عند االستالم وحسب ما ينتهي الية السعر وفي هذة‬ 3.4
‫الحالة تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في تغيير شروط هذا‬

The guarantee shall be revoked if the customer has
undertaken modifications or repairs on the supplied

‫او اصالحات للمعدات او االعمال الموردة سواء‬

6 Cancellation of contract ‫انهاء العقد‬ 6

‫يحق للشركة حجز الدفعة المقدمة وذلك في حالة قيام‬
