 Priority Statement

Teachers have a huge role in teaching the future generations. They

must be effective and affective to make sure their learners will be
successful in the future, that’s why it is very important to hire teachers who
are passionate and committed.

I am not a BEED or BSED graduate but I decided to earn my

professional education unit despite the fact that I was already working in
Manila under the Department of Agriculture because I knew deep in my
heart that this is what I want to do. It is best when you are earning from
your job while doing the job that you love at the same time.

I personally believe that teaching should focus primarily on the

learners, not only improving their grades but also their personality. I want to
be the kind of teacher that will inspire my learners to be the best version of
themselves and to give them the resources and attention they need to grow
into confident and effective individuals. If given the grace by the Lord that I
will be hired I will make sure that I will educate the young minds and create
compassionate, empathetic, and hard-working environment so my learners
will be a valuable members of the society in the future.

In conclusion, I know becoming a teacher will be difficult but the

rewards are more abundant than the costs. I hope to inspire students to
reach out to others and to be able to recognize the problems that stem from
our society’s culture. I would also love to see those students who are “at
risk” succeeding to their fullest potential.

I am not perfect and I still have a lot of things to learn in this

profession but I am willing to grow and accept constrictive criticisms from
my co-workers, be open-minded, and also lend a helping hand when they
need me.

I am committed in this profession so I can say that I will be that

teachers that every learner wants to have.
