Create training plan for staff
Introduce changes to staff utilizing the GM's help (Pre-Training)
Schedule training session (preparation)

Training session for selective team members with external expert

Train the staff on how to update the menu in real time

Hire an Electrician to wire up the tablets

Test integration of tablet software with POS system
