Reflection:

1. In two paragraph, Reflect on Viktor Frankl’s sources of the meaning of life.

“Live as if you were living a second time, and as though you had acted wrongly the first time.” -Viktor
Frankl.

To find the purpose in life is not easy, in which there are always challenges and obstacles. But
always put in mind that everything has a purpose. There were people that commit suicide in time of
hardships because they can’t handle it. There were also people that through ups and downs, they
remain to live and fight those barriers to find the real meaning of life. In which they believe that
everything happens for a reason.

To live is a blessing. Why committing suicidal actions if you don’t want to live? Always
remember, there were people who send their love ones in hospitals and spend a lot of money for
medications just to give extensions for their lives. And you are blessed because you are not in their
situation. Difficulties are part of life. God gives us those challenges, because he knows that we can do it.
Life is short, so live life to the fullest. And to live is to have courage to face all the difficulties. And to see
the real meaning and purpose in life is to love. In which, love conquers all, and love is powerful.
