11 I previously (on 14-2-2023) referred to the warning of AMPS which I have reproduced
12 below. I also referred to that where the media, medical profession, etc, are paid for by the
13 Commonwealth it is required to follow legal requirements within the context of the
14 Commonwealth. I also wrote about how Mary was forced to be so called vaccinated (as the
15 hospital refused to attend to her unless she was vaccinated) and soon after this died.

8 A woman from Melbourne, Australia, has found herself in an unthinkable situation after
9 doctors refused her treatment due to her vaccination status.
10 The woman, Vicki Derderian, a mother of two, suffered severe heart failure back in 2020
11 and was kept alive by a Ventricular Assist Device. She is now well enough to receive the
12 much-needed transplant, but there is a snag.
13 According to the Australian news site Today, Derderian refused to get the COVID-19
14 vaccine due to her precarious heart condition, after she researched the potential side
15 effects of the shot.
16 “I need to make this clear, I’m not an anti-vaxxer,” Derderian said.
17 “When it came to COVID-19, reading up on all the information, and also knowing about
18 my condition, I wanted to minimize risk as much as possible – It’s very complicated, it has
19 a lot of risks and to face those risks on top of an unknown risk from a vaccination that has
20 had partial approval, I had to think twice and it’s a very hard decision.”
21 Derderian’s heart condition made her eligible for an exemption from the vaccine, but that
22 does not seem to matter now.
23 Derderian said that while she respects her medical team, the COVID rules regarding
24 transplants are causing patients like her to miss out on life-saving treatment.
25 According to Today, patients “shouldn’t be coerced into taking something they don’t
26 believe in to get lifesaving treatment,” she argued.

32 But medical expert and infectious disease specialist Dr. Nick Coatsworth disagreed, saying
33 that “the biggest risk will be the hit to her immune system if she gets COVID-19 without
34 having the vaccine.”
35 “Then there’s a really significant risk that you’ll die and that organ will die with you,” the
36 doctor stated.
37 “And we don’t want that to happen to you and we certainly don’t want it to happen to the
38 family who’s made that sacred donation … it is such a complex area, I don’t envy your
39 decision but I do stand by the rules the transplant physicians have made.”
40 He concluded by pleading with Derderian to just get the jab, and there would be no
41 worries, arguing that the risk of COVID was far more dangerous.
42 “If I was in your position I’d receive the vaccine because I think it’s the safest thing to do,
43 I know you don’t agree with me and I respect that decision but please, please reconsider.”
44 As reported by Yahoo News, there is merit to Derderian’s concerns, with the vaccine being
45 linked to heart conditions like myocarditis and pericarditis, though such instances are
46 considered rare.
47 Derderian had strong words for the Victoria Department of Health and Human Services,
48 arguing that she has been left out to dry by health-care providers for her personal decision.
49 “The hospital stance at the moment is no jab, no heart. I’m ready to be on the heart
50 transplant list because medically I’m stable to be on it. But unfortunately, because of these
51 mandates, it has interfered with patient-doctor relationships,” she said.

1 While being interviewed on Today, Coatsworth faced pushback for his view on the matter
2 from the show’s host Karl Stefanovic.
3 “So Nick, doctors are now deciding not to treat someone because of the chance of getting
4 COVID-19 in a hospital, are we stopping treating people now?” Stefanovic asked.
5 “On the contrary, Karl … this is an active treatment decision by the medical community.
6 This hasn’t changed during COVID-19,” Coatsworth answered.
7 “I know there’s a lot of greys in Covid-19 Karl, a lot of greys. … This is black and white.
8 Unfortunately, we have to try and convince people like Vicki … we’ve got to do our best
9 to convince them. If we fail, ultimately, that means the organ isn’t transplanted.”

39 decision” and entitled to have this respected by any Minister, medical doctor, etc, and cannot be
40 denied appropriate medical care for this. It in my view is utter and sheer nonsense to claim that
41 not having a jab would undermine the intend of the donor, or whatever, as unless the donor
42 specifically had insisted that the organ was not to be used for an unvaccinated person it is in my
43 view nothing more but B.S. by the doctor.

45 I made it very clear in past writings that Olga (my 90y old wife) suffers from heart failure and is
46 in fear that she could be forced to have the jab, as the hospital previously denied proper medical
47 care due to her refusal to have the jab.

47 The Commonwealth has no legislative powers to force anyone to be subjected to a jab but can
48 only petition a court of competent jurisdiction after hearing both sides to determine if a
49 defendant ought to be ordered to be jabbed or not. And as I stated often in the past the States
50 have no legislative, executives and/or administrative powers to force/coerce anyone to be
51 injected against a “man-kind” infectious disease. Then who the hell are the doctors and/or the
52 CEO of a hospital to deny appropriate medical treatment for a patients because of their demands
53 to jab a person without the warrant of law? As Pfizer Director Janine Small (under oath) in

1 October 2022 made clear that the so called vaccine was never tested for preventing infection or
2 transmission!

4 It makes not one of iota difference if Vicki Derderian is deemed to be an anti-vaxxer or not as
5 in the end it is about her rights and in fact in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka I raised the medical issues
6 and successfully defeated the Commonwealth on constitutional grounds without any of the 9
7 Attorney-Generals and the Commonwealth challenging me on 19 July 2006 about this.
8 Vicki Derderian made clear that she for personal consideration holds that the jab would be
9 dangerous for her and as I wrote about Mary in the past who died having been force/coerced to
10 have the jab and dies subsequently, this must be investigated but now immediately all relevant
11 Ministers must be put on notice that the denial of appropriate medical care to force a jab against
12 the desire of the patient could end up them likely being subjected to serious criminal charges.
13 This includes all and any Minister (Health, Attorney-General, first Minister, etc) as well as any
14 CEO of a hospital, medical doctor and others involved. Are we now having some CEO of a
15 hospital overruling how the Commonwealth of Australia is governed in principle by the
16 Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK)? Well we might as well then do
17 without federal and State Governments.

19 I understand that Vicki Derderian is the mother of 2 children and it appears to me the doctor
20 concerned is indicating the hell about those children losing a mother as she either joins the covid
21 death cult and risk to die as a result or she will be denied appropriate medical care.
22 Let it be clear that in my view Dr. Nick Coatsworth simply doesn’t seem to have a clue what
23 really are the dangers regarding the jab.

45 “Given that only 4 out of 10 Australians have had the fourth dose, I think you can
46 probably bet that the number getting the fifth will be less,” he said.

48 “The other thing that I’m concerned about is that if I have another dose, I may get
49 complications,” Stefanovic said.

12 ATAGI’s come out and said no more booster doses for people under the age of 18,”

15 rug and going unreported. He also believes the vaccines are safe.

19 Coatsworth admitted that its effectiveness is limited.
20 “If you get a fifth dose, your protection against severe disease is enhanced for around about
21 eight to 12 weeks,” Coatsworth said.

23 transient protection, Karl. It’s not increased protection for life. And that’s the problem with
24 these boosters, and of course, eventually, we’re going to have to stop with these

16 those in care facilities/hospitals and by what, if any authority could they inflict this harm, even
17 death upon the victims? And don’t give the crap their carers gave “informed consent” because
18 there is no such thing as “informed consent” when even now not even the medical
19 profession/scientist know what the long term harm is of being injected with this potion witch
20 brew. Neither can one be deemed to have given “informed” consent when unaware that
21 substance is injected! Again, even the scientist do not know. And neither can there be
22 “informed” consent when it actually is a USA DoD bioweapon the pharmaceutical companies
23 are peddling without any proper safeguards, etc.

25 falsehood as neither the Commonwealth, the States or the Territories have any constitutional
26 powers to require anyone to be injected regarding a “man-kind” infectious disease! Here we are
27 having Big Tech claiming to cut down and restrict misinformation/disinformation while they
28 seem to be all too happy to allow this kind of garbage misinformation/disinformation to be
29 published to deceive Australians as to their real constitutional. legal, human and natural rights.
30 Let us get this clear the “booster” just adds to whereas in Victoria the Premier decided it is not a
31 choice but must be done.
32 Both the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews and the Victorian Minister for Health to my
33 understanding are not holding and never did any medical qualifications. So, we now have
34 politicians deciding medical issues. And rather than any decision made after a proper medical
35 examination now it is deemed applicable to all and anyone regardless how harmful it actually
36 might to many.
37 One has to ask where is not just the Victorian Attorney-General but in particular the Federal
38 Attorney-General that such kind of conduct violates the federal compact as well as the provisions
39 of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) and cannot be tolerated.

32 Just one month later, at the end of October 2021, The Epoch Times reported Walensky was
33 now suggesting that the definition “may change as boosters become more commonplace.”

1 Contrary to the official narrative (and hence popular belief), the COVID shots have no
2 demonstrated safety. In Episode 298 of The Highwire, Del Bigtree interviews attorney
3 Aaron Siri about the various lawsuits his firm has brought to reverse COVID jab mandates.
4 Siri describes a recent deposition of Dr. Kathryn Edwards, a world-leading vaccinologist
5 who sat on Pfizer’s data safety monitoring board (DSMB). This five-member committee
6 oversaw the safety of Pfizer’s jab. A DSMB is supposed to be an independent group of
7 experts, whose responsibility it is to monitor patient safety and treatment efficacy data
8 while a clinical trial is ongoing.
9 Pfizer’s Not-so-Independent Safety Monitoring Board
10 As noted by Siri in the deposition, since the DSMB is supposed to be independent, it’s
11 crucially important that all the members of that board have no potential conflicts of interest
12 and are in fact truly independent of the drug company whose product they’re evaluating.
13 In the case of Edwards, she was a paid adviser to Pfizer before she was hired (by Pfizer) to
14 be on the DSMB for their COVID jab. According to Edwards, this fact is irrelevant,
15 because that prior relationship did not influence the work she did on the board.
16 “I say what I believe based on my expertise,” she told Siri. “So, you don’t think financial
17 incentive can sway people’s judgment at all?” Siri asked. “It does not sway my judgment,
18 Sir,” she replied. “Then why have an independent DSMB?” Siri asked. “Why doesn’t
19 Pfizer just have some of its employees on it?”
20 “Because we are independent; we are independent from Pfizer in this assessment,” she
21 replied. But just how can an independent advisory committee possibly be “independent” if
22 members have prior relationships with the company?
23 Another noteworthy tidbit from that deposition was Edwards’ comment that she reviewed
24 “lots of reactions and adverse events” from the COVID jab trial. Yet the public has
25 continuously been told there are no bad reactions. So, what was she looking at? And why,
26 if there were “lots of reactions,” did the DSMB conclude that there are no safety concerns?
27 Of course, we know at least some of what she was looking at. Pfizer trial documents1 have
28 been released showing the company amassed nine single-spaced pages’ worth of “adverse
29 events of special interest” (see pages 30 through 382), including 1,223 events with fatal
30 outcomes between December 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021 alone.
31 A whistleblower who worked on Pfizer’s Phase 3 trial has also come forward with
32 evidence showing data were falsified, patients were unblinded and follow-up on reported
33 side effects lagged way behind. Why didn’t any of these issues concern the DSMB? Was it
34 because there really was no independent DSMB?
35 What German Autopsy Data Have Revealed
36 In a mid-December 2022 Substack article, the anonymous writer who goes by the moniker
37 “A Midwestern Doctor” reviewed German autopsy data, which demonstrate:3
38 The presence of “highly unusual tissue inflammation” in people who died shortly after
39 getting the jab. As noted by the author, “Pathologists had not observed this phenomena
40 before the COVID-19 vaccines, and they suspected this inflammation would be fatal.”
41 The presence of COVID spike protein in the tissues of the deceased, whereas another key
42 part of the SARS-CoV-2 virus was absent. This suggests the actual virus was not part of
43 the problem; the only possible source of the spike protein was the jab.
44 The most recent and “most definitive” study on this subject, according to A Midwestern
45 Doctor, examined 35 people who died within 20 days of getting the COVID jab. After
46 thorough autopsy examination, 10 of the deceased were determined to have died from
47 causes other than the jab.
48 Among the remaining 25, most died from causes that, in general, have frequently been
49 linked to vaccination. Five died from myocarditis, which could potentially be linked to the
50 shot. In three of those five cases, the COVID jab was determined to be the definitive cause
51 of the myocarditis that led to their death.

1 As noted by A Midwestern Doctor, “These results are very important for convicting the
2 vaccines if it can also be proven that a large number of unexpected deaths are occurring
3 following vaccination.” As it turns out, that’s exactly what excess mortality data tell us.
4 German Insurance Provider Data Show Rise in Doctor’s Visits
5 A Midwestern Doctor also cites data from the German health insurance provider, BKK,
6 which covers about 10.9 million Germans. One of the BKK board members, Andreas
7 Shöfbeck, discovered concerning trends in their data, which he sent to the Paul-Ehrlich
8 Institut, an agency of the German Federal Ministry of Health.
9 No good deed goes unpunished in the era of COVID censorship, however, so Shöfbeck
10 was summarily dismissed from the board as thanks for his contribution to public health and
11 safety. The BKK dataset showed 2.05% of COVID jab recipients sought medical care after
12 their jab. A Midwestern Doctor continues:4
13 “This concerning safety signal prompted … the AfD [Alternative for Germany, a
14 conservative political party] … to file the German equivalent of FOIA [Freedom of
15 Information Act request] for the rest of the insurance data …
16 Recently AfD obtained AOK Sachsen-Anhalt’s data, which once analyzed, demonstrated
17 that many of the conditions we associate with COVID-19 injuries noticeably increased
18 when the vaccination campaign initiated … [C]onditions which rose five-fold or more

22 physicians who receive insurance in Germany and thus the largest insurance dataset

25 The larger statutory health insurance dataset from KBV, which encompasses 72 million
26 Germans, show massive increases in sudden and unexpected deaths after the COVID jabs
27 rolled out.

33 “… one way that individuals have analyzed the unusual changes in health following the
34 vaccination campaigns has been to assess how far they fall outside of the expected range
35 of variation …
36 I did a quick calculation for the above graph and found that 2021’s increase from 2016-
37 2020 was 37.7σ [sigma], while 2022’s was 41.0σ. This is quite a big deal (the rarity of an
38 event happening by chance increases exponentially as the σ increases).
39 For context, a 7σ event has a 1/390,632,286,180 chance of spontaneously occurring (it is
40 thought to occur once in a billion years) … (I was not able to find a reference on the

1 Given these numbers, it is very difficult to argue that these events were not caused by
2 something. In this regard, we are also quite fortunate that while the vaccines were rushed
3 to the market over a period of time far too short to establish safety, that process still took a
4 year.
5 Because of this lag, it is possible to refute the commonly cited argument that these changes
6 were due to COVID-19 or the lockdowns, as these only occurred in 2020 …”
7 Dramatic Rise in Heart-Related Fatalities
8 Lausen also presented a graph for German fatalities per quarter involving cardiac
9 problems.7,8 These six death certificate codes all correspond to “sudden deaths” with
10 cardiac cause. As you can see, heart-related mortality more than doubled in the first quarter
11 of 2021 from the year before, and nearly tripled from the five-year average.

13 Some have argued that since few shots were given in early 2021, heart-related deaths
14 would not have increased until the second quarter if there was a correlation between the
15 two. However, other data show there was a rapid rise in COVID jab doses administered
16 during the first quarter of 2021 (see graph below), so it’s not outside the realm of
17 possibility that there is a correlation.
18 Also, as with all-cause mortality, the fact that heart-related deaths did NOT spike during
19 2020 suggests COVID-19 had nothing to do with the rise that occurred in the first quarter
20 of 2021.

22 Data Analyst Calls for Immediate End to COVID Jabs
23 In the conclusion of his presentation, Lausen calls for the immediate suspension of the
24 COVID jabs until correlation between the shots and death can be conclusively ruled out.
25 He also calls for:9
26  Autopsies on all who died suddenly to determine what the massive increase is due to
27  Mandatory recording of the COVID jab status of all deceased individuals, and the
28 brand used, and regular publication of these data
29  Immediate evaluation of the KBV data by German health authorities
30  Informing all doctors and the population at large about the increase in diseases being
31 reported post-jab
32  Regular publication of KB e V data linked with COVID jab data held by the Paul
33 Ehrlich Institute and the Robert Koch Institute (Germany’s public health institute)
34 The Shots Also Have Negative Effectiveness
35 In addition to not being safe, by any standard, the COVID shots are also negatively
36 effective, meaning after 90 days, both Moderna’s and Pfizer’s shots make you more
37 susceptible to COVID.

2 dramatically after three months for both injections, giving Pfizer a negative effectiveness
3 of 76.5% at 90 days’ post-jab and Moderna a 39.3% negative effectiveness.

11 Florida Governor Calls for Grand Jury Investigation
12 I’ve reviewed data on side effects and excess mortality in the U.S. in several previous
13 articles, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis recently did what many of us have been calling for
14 in light of those data.
15 December 13, 2022, he petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for a statewide grand jury
16 investigation of crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the
17 COVID-19 jabs.11 According to the governor’s press release:12
18 “The pharmaceutical industry and the FDA have refused to release patient-level data for
19 independent researchers.
20 Meanwhile, the COVID-19 vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna have received FDA
21 approval for pediatric and adult patients and continue to be marketed as safe and effective,
22 even though the vaccines do not prevent transmission and adverse events have been
23 minimized and disregarded by the Biden Administration and Big Pharma.
24 In response, Governor DeSantis has filed a petition to impanel a statewide grand jury to
25 investigate crimes and wrongs in Florida related to the COVID-19 vaccines and further
26 recommend enforcement methods.”
27 Florida Establishes Independent Public Health Committee
28 DeSantis is also implementing autopsy surveillance of post-jab sudden deaths, and has
29 established a Public Health Integrity Committee, an independent group of expert
30 researchers “charged with assessing federal decisions, recommendations, and guidance
31 related to public health and health care … to ensure that Florida’s public health policies are
32 tailored for Florida’s communities and priorities.”

5 Wisconsin data that corroborate how the vaccinated individuals who get infected with
6 the Delta variant can potentially (and are) transmit(ting) SARS-CoV-2 to others
7 (potentially to the vaccinated and unvaccinated).
8 This troubling situation of the vaccinated being infectious and transmitting the virus
9 emerged in seminal nosocomial outbreak papers by Chau et al. (HCWs in Vietnam),

25 me is just rubbish, because if they were monitoring and reviews advice it would have been well
26 aware that there is no one can prevent spread of any infection from another unvaccinated person
27 to a vaccinated person (I understand all medical staff has to be vaccinated). Rather that an
28 unvaccinated person cannot infect another person unless the person is infected already, and then
29 the vaccination will essentially be useless because of the unvaccinated having gotten “natural
30 immunity”. However the vaccinated can infect an unvaccinated by shedding. Moreover in my
31 view the so called misnamed vaccination (really being a “gene therapy” can only undermine the
32 immune system of the unvaccinated. It should be understood that Moderna in 2017 had a video
33 that the mRNA would be able to address cancer and so get patients to a better health. Mary is a
34 clear example the reverse eventuated and so many reports likewise, as I refer to below.
35 The last thing one should do is to weaken a patient’s immune system prior to an operation and in
36 particular with some “gene therapy” that actually has not been proven to be beneficial in the long
37 term. I understand that the TGA never even did all testing and it merely relied a lot upon what
38 (deceptive) information it was provided by for example Pfizer. (see below also) This, as while
39 Pfizer CEO claimed it would protect against infection reality is that Pfizer Director Janine Small

27 Third, as these experimental vaccines produce many trillions of spike proteins in their
28 recipients, these vaccinated individuals “can shed some of these (spike protein) particles to
29 close contacts,” causing disease in them.
30 In an email correspondence with LifeSiteNews, Dr. Simone Gold, the founder of AFLDS,
31 directed this writer to an April 29 tweet where she posted a document from Pfizer’s
32 experimental trials in which the pharmaceutical giant “acknowledges this mechanism” of
33 potential shedding, she wrote.
34 As the document states, one can be “exposed to [the] study intervention due to
35 environmental exposure,” including “by inhalation or skin contact” with someone involved
36 in the study, or with another who has been exposed in the same way.
37 And this, according to AFLDS, can be dangerous. As the issues brief continues, “the spike
38 proteins are pathogenic (‘disease causing’) just like the full virus.” Furthermore, these
39 “spike proteins bind more tightly than the fully intact virus” and thus cases around the
40 world of “pericarditis, shingles, pneumonia, blood clots in the extremities and brain, Bell’s
41 Palsy, vaginal bleeding and miscarriages have been reported in persons who are near
42 persons who have been vaccinated.” Such shedding also “appears to be causing wide
43 variety of autoimmune disease (where the body attacks its own tissue) in some persons.”
44 In addition, other more serious dangers to even the unvaccinated are possible due to the
45 fact that these “spike proteins can cross the blood brain barrier, unlike traditional
46 vaccines.”
47 Fourth, such shedding leaves children vulnerable if they are in proximity to parents and
48 teachers who have received these experimental vaccines. While the threat of COVID-19 to
49 the young is rightly described as “irrelevant,” including a 99.997% survival rate for those
50 under 20 years of age, AFLDS is concerned some children may become symptomatic due
51 to such proximity to the vaccinated. At such point there is a danger that “public health

1 bureaucrats” might use such cases to “speculate that a child’s illness is related to a SARS-
2 CoV-2 ‘variant,’” when it is a result of contact with vaccinated adults.
3 “Our other concern is that children could develop long-term chronic autoimmune disease
4 including neurological problems due to the fact that children have decades ahead of them
5 and trillions of the spike proteins mentioned above.”
6 Fifth, “AFLDS is aware of thousands of reports involving vaginal bleeding, post-
7 menopausal vaginal bleeding, and miscarriages following COVID-19 vaccination as well
8 as anecdotal reports of similar adverse events among those in close contact with the
9 vaccinated.” While at this point the independent physicians organization “cannot comment
10 definitively on the close contacts” other than to mention they “have heard reports of this
11 worldwide,” the many reported incidents of post-vaccination vaginal bleeding establishes a
12 clear “connection between the vaccine and irregular bleeding.”
13 “Despite this clear-cut evidence, menstrual-cycle changes were not listed among the
14 FDA’s common side effects in its phase-three clinical participants. Women’s reproductive
15 health needs to be taken seriously rather than waved away by agenda-driven public health
16 officials,” the brief reads.
17 Finally, acknowledging the “irrepressible economic incentive among pharmaceutical
18 companies” to market unnecessary and dangerous childhood COVID vaccines, boosters,
19 and the like, AFLDS insists “Public health experts should stop and assess data on possible
20 vaccine side effects and related post-vaccination questions before it is too late.”
21 So Pfizer’s own internal report (on page 69) warns health care workers about being
22 exposed to people who have been vaccinated — which is rather ironic considering most
23 health care workers are required to be vaccinated themselves.
24 Anyone walking in to a hospital or doctor’s office will be exposed to the spike proteins
25 being shed by virtually the entire staff of workers — but the concentrations will be low
26 compared to what is in the blood streams of the vaccinated.
27 Of course, the amount of spike proteins you could actually breathe in is miniscule
28 compared to the amount that these vaccines are programming vaccinated people’s bodies
29 to manufacture — non-stop 24/7.
30 A recent study confirms that the spike proteins produced by the mRNA vaccines can
31 indeed cause serious health problems as they continuously build up in the vaccinated.
32 As literally trillions of these spike proteins build up and overwhelm your body, your
33 internal organs will begun to shut down and your brain will stop functioning — which is
34 why a U.K. government report is predicting a huge percentage of doubly vaccinated
35 people will be dying in the coming “Third Wave” of the fake pandemic.
36 This coming massive death toll will, of course, be blamed on new, exotic-sound virus

17 Until the British cardiologist, Dr. Aseem Malhotra, expressed grave concern about the
18 safety of Covid mRNA vaccines, he was one of the most celebrated doctors in Britain. In
19 2016 he was named in the Sunday Times Debrett’s list as one of the most influential
20 people in science and medicine in the UK in a list that included Professor Stephen
21 Hawking. His total Altmetric score (measure of impact and reach) of his medical journal
22 publications since 2013 is over 10,000 making it one of the highest in the World for a

24 In the early days of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Britain, he advocated the injections
25 for the general public. However, in July of 2021, he experienced a terrible personal loss
26 that caused him to reevaluate the shots—namely, the sudden and unexpected death of his
27 73-year-old father. His father’s death made no sense to him because he knew from his own
28 examination that his father’s general and cardiac health were excellent. As he put it in a
29 recent interview:
30 His postmortem findings really shocked me. There were two severe blockages in his
31 coronary arteries, which didn’t really make any sense with everything I know, both as a
32 cardiologist—someone who has expertise in this particular area—but also intimately

24 Chief Health Officer Hasn't Read Key Science Reports

26 Rennick reviews how he asked professor Brendan Murphy, who was the chief health officer
27 at the time, whether he'd actually read the nonclinical trial report for the Pfizer shot. As it
28 turns out, he had not. And because he hadn't, what he told the public was complete make-
29 believe.

31 "These guys have NO IDEA what they are talking about," Rennick says. "[Murphy]
32 had been saying … that the spike protein wasn't in the blood. Well, had he read the
33 report he would have known that they never tested [for] the spike protein.

35 He would have also known that when they did the animal trials, the report said there
36 was no difference in lung inflammation between the placebo group and the vaccinated
37 group after nine days. There was not one [wit] of evidence that showed the vaccine
38 was effective.

40 But did anyone in this chamber … actually read that report? I bet you not. But you
41 all went out there and said it was safe and effective, when you didn't have a clue what
42 you were talking about.

44 Shame on you, because the law in this country, in the Australian Immunization Register,

2 ovaries between Day 1 and Day 2 after the jab, they simply stopped the trial and continued to
3 say that the spike protein stayed at the site of injection, which was a blatant lie.

10 nonclinical trial report. It was released on the TGA FOI disclosure log 239-6 … You
11 should also read the top paragraph on Page 8 that says the study suggests the spike
12 protein can either be inserted into the membrane or secreted from the cell.

14 What does that tell you? … It tells you that rather than actually killing the actual
15 pathogen, which is what a normal vaccine would have done, this particular vaccine
16 goes inside your cell, takes over the reproduction of the ribosome, which is what
17 produces the protein, and then starts producing more of the toxic substance.

19 That is not the name of the game. You would want to actually kill the virus. You do not
20 want to reproduce it. And of course, Murphy, the chief health officer, claims that there
21 is nothing to worry about. He never read the document.

23 And then we got professor [Paul] Kelly [deputy chief medical officer for the Australian
24 Department of Health] … he came out and made the bold statement that it stops
25 transmission. Well, he was LYING, because the FDA [U.S. Food and Drug
26 Administration] came out December 20 and said there was NO evidence that the

31 We now have data showing that not only do the shots not prevent infection or transmission,
32 but they have negative effectiveness. Their effectiveness rapidly wanes,3,4 and after 90 days,
33 both Moderna's and Pfizer's shots make you MORE susceptible to COVID.
34 As shown in the graphic5 below, Danish data reveal Omicron cases among the jabbed rose
35 dramatically after three months for both injections, giving Pfizer a negative effectiveness of
36 76.5% at 90 days' post-jab and Moderna a 39.3% negative effectiveness.

23 Florida Petitions Grand Jury Investigation, and More

25 If political representatives truly cared about the people they supposedly serve, there would be
26 scores of them speaking out and taking a stand against the COVID shots the way Rennick is
27 doing in Australia. At present, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., stands out as a lone warrior
28 and advocate for the COVID jab-injured in the U.S.

30 That said, in mid-December 2022, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis petitioned the Florida Supreme
31 Court for a grand jury investigation of crimes and wrongdoing committed in relation to the
32 COVID-19 jabs,8 so there's hope for justice yet. According to the governor's press release:9

4 It would not be going too far to say that the eruption of irrationality and hysteria in America
5 during the COVID-19 period of 2020-2021 most resembled not 1954, when Senator McCarthy
6 set the nation looking for communist moles behind every government desk, or 1919, when the
7 notorious raids of Attorney General Mitchell were rounding up purported Reds in their tens of
8 thousands, but the winter of 1691-1692. That’s when two little girls—Elizabeth Parris and
9 Abigail Williams of Salem, Massachusetts—fell into the demonic activity of fortune-telling,
10 which soon found them getting strangely ill, having fits, spouting gibberish, and contorting
11 their bodies into odd positions.
12 The rest became history, of course, when a malpracticing local doctor claimed to have found
13 no physical cause for the girls’ problems and diagnosed them as being afflicted by the “Evil
14 Hand,” commonly known as witchcraft. Other ministers were consulted, who agreed that the
15 only cause could be witchcraft and since the sufferers were believed to be the victims of a
16 dastardly crime, the community set out to find the perpetrators.
17 Within no time, three witches who were famously accused —the Parris’ slave, Sarah Good, an
18 impoverished homeless woman and Sarah Osborne, who had defied conventional Puritan
19 society. Many more followed, and as the hysteria spread, hundreds were tried for witchcraft
20 and two dozen hanged.
21 But there is a lesson in this classic tale that is embarrassing in its verisimilitude. Namely, one
22 of the best academic explanations for the outbreak of seizures and convulsions which fueled
23 the Salem hysteria was a disease called “convulsive ergotism”, which is brought on by
24 ingesting rye grain infected with a fungus that can invade developing kernels of the grain,
25 especially under warm and damp conditions.
26 During the rye harvest in Salem in 1691 these conditions existed at a time when one of the
27 Puritans’ main diet staples was cereal and breads made of the harvested rye. Convulsive
28 ergotism causes violent fits, a crawling sensation on the skin, vomiting, choking, and,
29 hallucinations—meaning that it was Mother Nature in the ordinary course working her
30 episodically unwelcome tricks, not the “Evil Hand” of a spiritual pathogen, which imperiled
31 the community.
32 Similarly, in 2020 there Was no Evil Hand Sci-Fi Pathogen
33 The truth is, in 2020 it was also Mother Nature—likely abetted by the Fauci-sponsored gain-
34 of-function researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology—who disgorged one of the nastier
35 among ordinary respiratory viruses.
36 Such viruses, of course, have afflicted humankind over the ages, which, in turn, has evolved
37 marvelous adaptive immune systems to cope with and overcome them. So again, there was no
38 Evil Hand sci-fi pathogen at large that was something new under the sun, nor a disease that
39 was extraordinarily lethal for 90% of the population.
40 In the grand scheme of things, therefore, the COVID-19 pandemic has already been recorded
41 as an unfortunate bump on the road to longer and more pleasant lives for Americans and much
42 of the rest of the world, too. That truth is strikingly depicted in the chart below.

1 While the all-cause mortality figure for 2020 did not exist when the CDC published the chart
2 above, the green line would have depicted it as only a tiny upward blip—of which there have
3 been several during the last 120 years shown above.
4 Was COVID-19 an Analogue of the Spanish Flu?
5 Indeed, the true analogue is the year 1918 when an estimated 675,000 Americans succumbed
6 to the Spanish Flu from a population (100 million) just 30% of today’s level.
7 In that case, the green line in the chart above (all cause deaths) pushed up by nearly 400 per
8 100,000 population compared to the pre-war baseline (1914). By contrast, the excess rate in
9 2020 over 2019 was just 118 per 100,000.
10 And, yes, there is the sad fact of senseless dough-boy deaths on the killing fields of France
11 embedded in these 1918 numbers, but it turns out that upwards of 45% of the conventionally
12 reported 117,000 GI (gastrointestinal) deaths were not from German bullets, but the Spanish
13 Flu that ripped through the massive US training camps that were hastily-assembled after
14 Wilson foolishly declared war in April 1917 with no meaningful standing army to fight it.
15 So on the true measure of pandemic lethality—deaths from all causes—the COVID-19 was not
16 even in the same ballpark as the Spanish Flu. And as the chart also shows, the former occurred
17 way down the green line curve that is actually the ultimate rebuke to today’s on-going COVID-
18 policy disaster.
19 The US age-adjusted death rate in 2020 (828 per 100,000) was actually 67% lower than it had
20 been in 1918 (2,542 per 100,000) because since then a free capitalist society has gifted the
21 nation with the prosperity and freedom to progress that has ushered in better sanitation,
22 nutrition, shelter, life-styles and medical care.
23 It is those forces which have pushed the green line relentlessly to the lower-right corner of the
24 chart, not the Federales atop their bureaucratic perches in Washington.
25 Hope for a New Great Barrington Declaration to Serve as Antidote to the Totalitarian
26 Lockdown
27 At length, perhaps some future historian will need to find the “convulsive ergot” theory of
28 2020 to explain the COVID-Hysteria because the explanation will not be found in the
29 “science” embedded in what will be a tiny blip in the green line of the chart above.
30 The Great Barrington Declaration was penned by three fearless world leading
31 epidemiologists—Dr. Martin Kulldorff of Harvard, Dr. Sunetra Gupta of Oxford University
32 and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya of Sanford—and was a powerful antidote to the Evil Hand theory
33 then raging through the MSM and political class of almost every stripe.
34 At essence, it said the real science was that America was not being attacked by a Grim Reaper
35 visiting death upon one and all regardless of age, health status or physical circumstances, but,
36 instead, was a highly selective respiratory disease variant that honed-in tightly on the
37 immunity-impaired aged and co-morbid.
38 Accordingly, the one-size-fits all Lockdown policy was dead wrong, and what was needed
39 was highly targeted help, protections and treatments for the smallish minority of the
40 vulnerable, which policy would presently lead to the attainment of “herd immunity” and
41 the ultimate extinguishment of the pandemic in the normal way.
42 Colonial America found its way out of the Salem aberration in 1692, and surely 330 years and
43 much science later it can do so again, exposing the 21st century miscreants who brought on
44 this insensible hysteria as it does.

8 infamous PCR test used to detect the SARS-Cov-2 virus available only by prescription
9 from the beginning of 2023 is at first glance an unlikely sign of common sense. The aim,
10 according to the government, is to bring COVID-19 “in line” with other respiratory
11 illnesses. The implication is that the pandemic is over. The implied message is: “We did a
12 great job saving you all; now it is time to move on.”
13 Dig a little deeper and the more probable conclusion is that it is a cover up. If there is one
14 skill that so-called public servants and politicians excel at, it is covering their tracks and
15 they have to hide the result of their policies that is precisely the opposite of what they
16 claimed it would be.
17 The government’s move will cause the number of COVID “cases” to plummet. There
18 never was a pandemic, just a pandemic of testing. In Australia as in much of the world,
19 a logical absurdity was inflicted on the population. If a person tests positive for a virus but
20 has no symptoms, then there are only two possibilities: either the test is faulty or the
21 immune system has dealt with it. In either situation you are not a “case.” You are healthy.
22 On average over 2020-2022 four out of five Australians who tested positive had no
23 symptoms according to the Worldometer, while 99.8% had either no symptoms or mild
24 symptoms. Worse, in the first few months of 2021, according to the Worldometer, only
25 one person in Australia’s population of 25 million was in a serious condition from
26 COVID – just when the authorities were imposing vaccine mandates and claiming
27 that it was necessary because the country was allegedly facing the worst pandemic
28 since the Spanish flu. It was a surreal fiction.
29 The main reason for the spate of positive tests for people who had no symptoms was
30 almost certainly the PCR test, which should never have been used in the first place. Its
31 inventor Kari Mullis said the technology, which is really a manufacturing tool, is not
32 suitable for diagnosis because “it doesn’t tell you that you are sick.” Up until September
33 2020, the government’s health regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administration
34 (TGA), even admitted on its website that after a positive PCR result “the infective
35 state of the individual is yet to be determined.” At the end of 2021, the CDC withdrew
36 the test acknowledging that it could not distinguish between COVID and flu.

39 At least the change of policy will mean the hideous track and trace surveillance of the
40 population, one of the worst in the world, especially in Victoria, will no longer be
41 possible. But there is a reason why the health authorities are so keen for the number of
42 “cases” to drop by making the PCR test harder to use and paying more attention to actual
43 symptoms. The mandating of the vaccines was a move that was supposed to eliminate the

1 impact of the virus; that is certainly how it was sold to the public. The outcome has been
2 the opposite.
3 In 2021, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, COVID-19 was only thirty-fourth
4 on the list of leading causes of death, with 1122 deaths registered. This year, the number of
5 registered Covid deaths has soared. The Australian Actuaries Institute is pushing for an
6 urgent investigation into what it says is the “incredibly high” 13 per cent excess death rate
7 in 2022 (typically variations are no higher than 2 per cent). The Institute is claiming that
8 just over half of the excess mortality in the first eight months of 2022, 8200 deaths, is
9 attributable to COVID.
10 What has gone largely unnoticed is that this means that the number of COVID deaths
11 since the mandating of vaccines has risen more than tenfold. So much for the jabs
12 being effective. It is the definition of a health policy failure.
13 There is zero chance that the health authorities will take any responsibility for this, so the
14 obvious move is to change the testing regime to make the whole thing go away. If a few
15 citizens ask pertinent questions, they can be demonized as conspiracy theorists. The
16 medical community can be kept quiet by threatening doctors with the loss of their
17 licenses. There are increasingly aggressive signals from Australian state governments that
18 medical practitioners who do not align with government “messaging” will find themselves
19 in trouble. The tactic is similar to the AB2098 law in California to silence dissenting
20 medical practitioners, but unlike their American counterparts Australian doctors do not
21 have the ultimate protection of the First Amendment. If there is one political lesson of the
22 last three years, it is that the checks and balances in the Australian system do not work
23 when it matters most.
24 What is especially absurd is that Australian politicians and health bureaucrats have claimed
25 throughout that they have “followed the science.” That was always a lie because they made
26 no attempt to consider alternative views, which is essential to the practice of good science.

46 bolstering protection against adverse outcomes. But, compared to the vaccinated
47 who have not received any boosters, boosted people are testing positive, being

49 which went over data in the first two quarters of 2022.

51 COVID-19 cases among vaccinated people in June. In Vermont that month, the

3 The number of boosted people has continued to rise since the extra shots were first
4 cleared in 2021. But in some of the states, one or more metrics among the boosted
5 exceed their population.
6 In Wisconsin, boosted people made up 43 percent of the cases, 43 percent of the
7 hospitalizations, and 46 percent of the deaths in June—well above the boosted
8 population, which was 35 percent of the state as of late August.
9 “It is unassailable that a very large fraction of highly inoculated [people] are among
10 those being hospitalized or dying,” Dr. Robert Malone, who helped invent the
11 messenger RNA technology that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines utilize, told The
12 Epoch Times. “So, at a minimum, the effectiveness in preventing hospitalization or
13 death does not appear to be aligned with the official policy position.”
14 The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug
15 Administration have continued to recommend COVID-19 vaccination for virtually
16 all Americans, including multiple boosters, stating that the known and potential
17 benefits outweigh the known and potential risks. New, untested boosters replaced
18 the old ones in the fall, but the primary series is still comprised of the old vaccines.

20 In 18 of the 19 states that provided or already list sufficient data, the boosted made
21 up a majority of one or more metrics among the vaccinated, The Epoch Times
22 found through reviewing publicly available data and public records requests

24 unvaccinated, to get sick, hospitalized, or die in a number of states.

26 metrics—cases, hospitalizations, and deaths—among the vaccinated.

21 understated because the Australian Bureau of Statistics includes 2021 as part of the 2022
