About the job Facebook Strategist

Position Summary
As a Facebook Strategist at White Shark Media® you’re responsible for coordinating
and overseeing the marketing strategies for our Facebook client portfolio. This is a role
that is interacting with clients as well as working closely with the company team to make
sure that the goals of the client are achieved.  The right person will be goal oriented,
possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. 

Your daily tasks will include: Facebook Campaign Optimizations, Content Creation,
conference calls with Clients, report writing/ editing, building new Facebook strategies
and optimizing your current client portfolio. You will also be responsible for improving
our current Facebook workflow, and making sure we are efficient when managing our
client ́s portfolios. 

Responsibilities
#1 Portfolio Management 

 Generate and Manage Facebook campaigns, determining brand strategy


for the entire portfolio
 Review and optimize clients on a monthly basis to improve performance.
 Review and assist in retention efforts.

#2 Develop & Coordinate Processes 

 Content | Coordinate content creation for Facebook client portfolio with


Digital Marketing Strategists (DMS), and make changes based on
DMS/Client Input. QA Content to be published.
 Processes | Collaborate with the Product Innovation team to determine the
optimum processes, mapping out onboarding, management,
communication, reports, and service packages to be offered. 

#3 Reporting

 Design and adjust current Facebook Dashboards to properly generate


monthly reports. Monthly review of dashboard.
 Generate and send monthly optimization & performance reports to
clients. 
#4 Communication

 Establish monthly communication (via call) with clients


 Assist DMSs in upsells/retention.
 Assist DMSs in communication of progress and strategy of Facebook
efforts.

Required Skills &  Qualifications

 Written English Level: Advanced


 Spoken English Level:  Advanced
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
 Experience: 
o 2 years of proven Facebook Ads Experience
 Know How & Certifications: 
o Facebook Business (required)
o Facebook Ads Manager (required)
o Hold a Facebook BluePrint Certification (or be able to complete
within 90 days of employment)
o Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) (desired)
o Salesforce CRM, or similar platforms (desired)
o Slack, or similar platform (desired)
