The meeting was properly started at 10:30am with a prayer lead by Charito Tuling.

2. Al members submit for association name by writing on the distributed piece of paper then after tallying
all the names voted, for two different names selected, for 21 out of 6 attendees voted for the name:

“Kapunongan sa Ibabaohanong Mag-uuma” (KASIMA), gathered majority votes.

The meeting was properly started at 10:02am with a prayer led by Chelie Marie Inoc.
1. The President (Evangeline Quirante) presents the Constitution and By-laws via white
screen board and discuss per Article and Section involved.
2. All members agreed the Constitution and By-laws by signing on the Attendance Sheets
and officers signed on the hard copy of Constitution and By-laws.
The meeting adjourned at 12pm.
