Our idea and song choice

Our song is Exit music (for a film) by Radiohead.

We wanted a slow, emotional song with a strong build up in

order to make a story the audience will care about. We wanted
it to be dark and very narrative based.

We also wanted to use a bass, as we wanted it to still feel like a

music video, so we looked for a song with a bass solo in it.
Theme/topics in our music video
Our music video covers themes of mental illness and suicide.

It follows the story of a girl who is struggling and takes her life.

We use a lot of symbolism and subtle details in order to tell the story.
Digipak
- Here is the Digipak I designed for
our music video

- I chose a monochrome colour

palette to match the music videos
vibe.

- I decided to draw the Digipak

because I thought it would make it
stand out more.
The Edit

• For Editing, we used Adobe Premiere Pro as it's the

best editing software we have.
• We used the Aspect Ratio of 2.39:1 which makes
the video more Cinematic and most of the shots fit
within that frame.
• We used Black and White in the Video to make it
more Emotional as the tone is mostly sad.
• We used Eye Close ups to See the Emotion of the
character Even More
Social media
We made a Twitter and
Instagram page to promote our
music video.

These platforms are the most

suited to our idea, because they
can be used to spread awareness
and post photos.

Some of our posts are:

-Teaser
-Aesthetic of the video
-Sone reveal
-Behind the scenes
