1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This method statement explained how to do Temporary Fencing implementation work.
3 MATERIALS
Temporary Fencing Specification :
a. Frame, Fence wall & Temporary Gate
Material : Zincalume TCT 0.30, C.75 - G550, Screw 75 mm, Hinge, steel wire rope
b. Concrete Foundation
Material : Cement, Sand, Split

5 CONSTRUCTION METHODS
Preparation
- Take measurements in the field according to the plan drawing approved by the Technical
Board of Directors and the Supervisory Consultant.
- Measurements will be carried out based on baseline data and fixed points (bench marks) of
the existing basic framework to be followed by the installation of additional bench marks
that will be used for polygon measurements, flat measurements, detailed situation
measurements and staking out to get the position of elevation measurement, boundary of
benching platform of works according to the construction planed and the tools used in the
measurement process consist of theodolite and waterpass.
- Material Fences approval must have obtained approval from Technical Board of
Directors and the Supervisory Consultant.
General Shop Drawing
Compare based on the shop drawing to actual site condition and ensure measurements
within tolerable deviation.
Implementation
- Temporary Fencing
› Take measurements in the field according to the plan drawing approved by the Technical
Board of Directors and the Supervisory Consultant.
› Material temporary fencing and Gate approval must have obtained approval from
Technical Board of Directors and the Supervisory Consultant.
› Preparatory work is studying plan drawings to find out the position and dimensions of the
temporary fences (Type 1, Type 2 and Temporary gate).
› the next step is preparation of profiles (marking stakes) as a reference for the
implementation required for work is carried out to elevation measurement and
boundary of benching platformand.
› Excavation work for the foundation of the temporary fence can be carried out properly,
so that auxiliary yarns will be installed, namely auxiliary yarns to keep the work path
locked.
› Excavations for temporary fence foundations are carried out carefully and must know the
length, width and depth of the foundation.
› The results of the foundation excavation are placed around the excavation in a place that
does not interfere with other work.
› The next process is to compact the subgrade layer for the foundation with works
equipment and the compaction work is carried out in stages until it is really quite solid.
› The temporary fencing area will be inspected and checked against elevation
measurements and temporary fence paths and will aprroved by the Technical Board of
Directors and the Supervisory Consultant to be able to continue the next step of work.
› At the foundation work stage, a temporary fence frame is installed, then the foundation is
filled with concrete
› Before filled the foundation concrete, recheck the strength of the reference that has been
installed, all dimensions and reference are checked properly and then clean the entire
surface of dirt and debris then the foundation casting area will be prepared thoroughly so
that there are no joints in the foundation concrete.
› After completion, backfilling will be carried out using the results of the excavation of the
foundation that has been placed around the working area.
› Install the profile for the fence wall reference to be installed and check the verticality with
a pendulum.

› For the installation of the temporary fence wall, it will be carried out using skilled labors
and will use work equipment and most importantly the temporary fence wall is installed
straight on the axis of the fence, perpendicular and neat and does not damage the
existing temporary fence have been installed.
› Implementation of Temporary fencing with required elevation measurement, boundary
of benching platform will be checked and review together with Surveyor Contractor,
Technical Board of Directors and the Supervisory Consultant to find out elevation
measurement, boundary of benching platform of works that has been done and
completed at the time / day was has been determined together.

- Temporary Gate
› the next step is preparation of profiles (marking stakes) as a reference for the
implementation required for work is carried out to elevation measurement and boundary
of benching platformand.
› Preparatory work is studying plan drawings to find out the position and dimensions of the
temporary gate.
› The temporary gate area will be inspected and checked against elevation measurements
and temporary gate paths and will aprroved by the Technical Board of Directors and the
Supervisory Consultant to be able to continue the next step of work.
› Temporary gate will be made first, both from making a series of gate frames and installing
the gate walls according to the plan drawing approved by the Technical Board of Directors
and the Supervisory Consultant.
› Install the profile for the temporary gate reference to be installed and check the
verticality with a pendulum.
› Before instaled the temporary gate, recheck the strength of the reference of temporary
gate that has been made, all dimensions and reference are checked properly.
› Install the profile for the temporary gate reference to be installed and check the
