Subject: Steel Structure Erection

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject and project. We would like to call your attention for all
concerned that we have gone to thes)~e~nd Vo(ehave fixed the-bolts, and up to our attendance
at that time everything was proper.

Unfortunately, the Main Contractor did not maintain proper level not6hlv;fpr the anchor bolts
but for the entire tie beam.It was practically handled by the Carpenters oft~,~Main Contractor.
And if we are part of maintaining the level of Concrete, we should have done the concrete
casting by ourselves in which, it is not our scope. No one can deny that it is the Main
Contractor's responsibility of having one level of Concrete at all tie beam area as per
Consultant's drawing.

Eventhough with the above, we are not hiding ourselves from any responsibility. We request the
Consultant to fix a meeting at the site so we can discuss the solution for this issue.
