A lot of people we have worked with are reaching a stage of Excellent

What we are realizing is that they have sacrificed parts of
their lives to reach certain goals with the expectation to feel
in a certain manner. This realization is especially happening
to entrepreneurs or executives we are working with and
occurs over their 40s. The bottom line is that there is rarely a !

stable and sustainable state of fulfillment that comes with people usually overestimate what they can achieve in one year and grossly
underestimate what they can achieve in 3-5 yrs’ time and therefore put a lot of
achieving goals only. The secret lies in the consciousness
pressure on themselves. Also, there is a certain difficulty in having a 3 layered
