Bambini Montessori School – Where Children find their Wings!

Weekly Letter Hanoi 5th February 2023

Dear Parents and Family Of Suri,

Kindly find and overview of Suri’s weekly report as below ,

Individual Montessori Activities of the Week

Suri spent most of her time in this corner working

Exercise Of Practical Life with the colorful beads to make necklace or
bracelet. She also worked with dominoes and
tweezers and some beads to create different kinds
of shapes.

Suri worked with different sizes of triangles to fit in

Sensorial one square tray. And she needs more guide in
learning this corner next week since she doesn’t
like spending her time here.

In this week, Suri learned numbers already from 1-

20. And she can count it with no problems but she
Mathematics needs to be more exposed since she tends to forget
how these numbers look like. More worksheet on
tracing number so she can remember well.

Suri spent her time with me in this corner and she’s

really willing to learn in this corner since she did
Language not feel sleepy at all unlike most of the time I spent
with her last 3-4 months ago. This week, we
continue to learn phonics and she has no problem
with it since she can determine the letter and
produce the sound. Just more practice so she can
remember the vocabulary being introduced.

Bambini Montessori School – Where Children find their Wings!

Suri has no problem in this corner. She can

distinguish animals that live in the forest and how
Culture these animals adapt in their own habitat especially
in the way of survival. Like for example, an ant or
bear.

This week, our topic in circle time was about “What Live
In The Forest”
Kids learned different types of animals that can live in the
forest and how these animals have special way to adapt to
their habitat. Kids had to say something or anything they
know about the animals. For example, a deer. A deer uses
a brown coat to hide in the forest. Also, this week's art, we
made a 3D squirrel which they learned already in the
circle time. Additionally, in our Science Discovery, we did
make a boat which the kids have enjoyed a lot racing the
boats in the water.

For Suri 's observation this week, she’s doing fine so far
since she can follow the teacher’s instruction and no
major problem with her behavior since she can make
friends with other. During meal time is not a problem too
since she eats really well. Nevertheless, she doing well in
class.

We wish you a wonderful weekend ,
