    With regards to the current agreement of our company PARALLEL CIVIL ENGINEERING
    CONSTRUCTION under our scope MEPF works for Building 25, 31 & 32 located at Bagumbong
    Caloocan and Building 1 & 2 located at Deparo Caloocan at NHA Housing project, we would like to
    request to waive the deduction of Expanded Withholding Tax every incoming progress billing and
    collect all previously deducted amount.

    The above issue has been discussed and agreed with your project management on site.
