I. Learning Objectives
At the end of the lesson the students will be able to:
 Illustrate the hierarchy of quadrilaterals.
 Identify the different types of quadrilaterals.

III. Procedures

A. Review: Draw Me!


The teacher will ask what are the symbols of quadrilaterals, parallel and
congruent. The learners will draw it on the board.

B. Motivation: Guess Me!

The learners will guess what shapes of the different objects that the teacher will
show in front of the class.
C. Lesson Proper: Discover Me!

A quadrilateral hierarchy, also known as a ‘family tree‘, is a graphical way of


representing the different types of quadrilaterals (members), based on their relationships.
