Re: Amended Invitation to attend the workshop entitled “Onboarding Workshop:

Basics of Disbursement Requests”.

Sir,

In relation to our prior invitation dated January 24, 2023 for your attendance during the conduct
of the workshop entitled “Onboarding Workshop: Basics of Disbursement Requests, we
again cordially invite you to join us on February 3, 2023, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in lieu of the
prior date and time set for the workshop.

Due to inadequate time to disseminate the information pertinent to the workshop, we are
constraint to move the conduct of which on a later date. As mentioned, this workshop shall be
attended by the designated Liaison of each office, who will serve as a focal person for office
transactions such as, but not limited to, procurement requests, non-procurement requests, and
special transactions (payroll, and liquidation of fuel).
