1. WHOLE DAY OUTRICH PROGRAM

STAGES:
OBJECTIVES

1. Plan where we will go to any houses near Canossa academy and what are we going to
do in that whole day
2. When we finish choosing a place to give and go, we ask our head principal if it is
approved
3. We set a specific date when all of us are free in order for us to be many when we go
there
4. Because I am one of the officers that time, we plan to print a letter for the students to
show to their parents and ask for their approval
5. In order for this to happen we need a fund but in our case our principal sponsored our
payment
6. We ask every student to add some things that they are not using anymore to give to
the member of the family that we will be going
7. We also plan to do some speaking motivational speaking for the family about there is
no rich and poor when it comes to human person
8. Lastly we are going to teach some of the members of the family specially children
basic math English its according to us what we want to teach them.
9. Food preparation cooking and eating before we go back to or school or home
10. Day of the Project or Outreach
 7-8 am is the call time for all students and also the time going to sancarlos
 9-12pm talking playing games and also cooking for the families to eat
 12-5 after eating the speaking and teaching and encounter to them will
happen this include helping them wash all the dishes helps them with some
chores and also communicating and playing with their children while there is
time and also distributing all the goods and also the most important thing
which is praying
