1. Upon knowing the rules on playing basketball, what realizations have come across your mind?
Upon knowing the rules on playing basketball, you can’t play basketball on your own. It’s a team sport and
this means your kids get to interact with others, both on their team and the opposing side. They’ll learn
how to cooperate with their team and build a sense of camaraderie. Teamwork also means respect for each
other. Even from the beginning, basketball had rules and regulations against inflicting damage on one
another. Children will gain life lessons about playing competitively while still feeling safe. They'll develop the
capacity for forgiveness as they come to terms with the fact that on-court injuries are an unavoidable aspect
of the sport.

2. Among all the rules on playing basketball, what principle/s can you apply in real life? Your
answer must be in minimum of 3 sentences and a maximum of 5 sentences Use rubrics as your
guide in doing this activity.
One of the rules in playing basketball is to score more than your opponent. To win a game, a team must
score more field goals than the other team. But just like basketball game, sometimes you lose, sometimes
you win, sometimes you are unlucky, but that's life. Losing also gives you drive and purpose. It makes you
want to strive to be better and achieve what you previously could
