We are students of experimental psychology in APS2 under the supervision of Ms. Neiley P. Satumira,
MA. We have been tasked with conducting an experiment entitled "Evaluating the Effectiveness of
Decisional and Emotional Forgiveness: An Experimental Study"

In line with this, we would like to ask for your participation in this experiment, which will be conducted
online via zoom conference. It will last for about 15 minutes and will be held on January 9, 2023.

If you agree to participate in this study, you may affix your full name and signature below. Should you
wish not to participate in the duration of the experiment, you have the right to do so.
