MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

“Reflection”

Looking back on my first day as a student teacher, I remember being

scared and thinking about how I could put my teaching philosophy into

practice in a real classroom. I used to think that teaching was simple, but now

that I am the one in charge of the class, things have changed.

I believe that practicum is a practice experience that is developed,

supervised, and evaluated. The practicum's aim allows me to synthesize,

integrate, and apply practical skills, knowledge, and training gained in the

classroom, and gain professional experience.

I feel I integrate the five fundamental factors that promote learning. The

teacher's position as a guide for the learners' better understanding of the

lesson is one of those factors. Because I encourage my students to participate

in hands-on activities as part of their learning objectives, I allow them to use

the Google Jamboard. I used Canva as my PowerPoint presentation for all of

my presentations; I believe that students will pay attention if the presentation

is interesting. I prefer to use a simple app for my evaluation that allows

everyone to take my quiz without being interrupted by the internet. The tools I

utilized in my teaching assessment process were Google Forms and Quizzes.

These are just a few of the apps I can use to show them their results after the

test.

Learning outcomes are our guidance for teaching so that every student

has a choice and may let their curiosity guide their learning. One of my

philosophies is to integrate discipline into my classroom routine so that my

students can use it at home and in the future. Discipline, I believe, is employed

as a tool to assist them to focus on their aspirations. A disciplined life is

characterized by excellent efficiency, productivity, and time management.

Parents must teach their children the value of discipline in the classroom.
