JOB DESCRIPTION: Management Trainee – Product Management

Experience and Education Required:

* Experience: Fresher

* Education: Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related degree

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Assist in managing the development and launch of an AI-based sales and marketing automation
platform
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
 Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on customer insights and feedback
 Collaborate with the development team to design and implement product features andenhancements
 Work with the UX/UI team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
 Develop and maintain product documentation, including product roadmaps, feature specs, and release
notes
 Analyze product metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
 Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns
 Provide regular reports and updates on product performance and progress to the management team

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or relatedfield

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-
driven decisions.
 Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence
stakeholders
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
 Pro-active, resourceful, and self-motivated to take smart risks and achieve business goals and customer
satisfaction
 Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and JIRA
 Prior experience in product management, software development, or related fields is a plus but not
required
 Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their application in sales and marketing
automation is a plus but not required.
