1. System will calculate the merit score of the candidates by applying following
formula.

PhD: 100
Post-Graduation: 90
Post-Graduation diploma: 80
Graduation: 70
Advanced Diploma: 60
Diploma: 50
Apprentice/NAC: 40
ITI/NTC: 30
HSC: 20
SSC: 10

Merit Score Calculation Formula (गुणव ा मांक सू )

Highest Qualification * 0.5 + CTI / CITS ( 20 Marks) + Years of Experience (30

Marks) ( Max 15 Years per year multiply by 2)

Inter-se-Merit Score shall be resolved as follows

The percentage of score in higher qualification will be considered first and

secondly the number of years of exprience and lastly higher age of the candidate

2. System will create the talent pool of all the candidates & will sort the talent pool as
per the merit score of the candidates & the preferences submitted by the candidates.

3. When principal will create the vacancy into the system then system will check the
talent pool and will send the CHB offer suggestion to the candidate with highest
merit score.
जे हा ाचाय िस टम णालीम ये र जागा तयार करतील ते हा िस टम णाली टॅलट पल ू तपासेल
आिण तािसका त वावर िनयु साठी उ च गणु व े या उमेदवाराला ताव पाठव यात येईल.

4. If candidates failed to apply within 48 hours then the CHB offer will automatically
get expired and system will then send the CHB offer suggestion to the next
candidate from the talent pool.
जर उमेदवार ४८ तासां या आत अज कर यास अयश वी ठरले तर तािसका त वावर िनयु साठी
पाठिवलेला ताव आपोआप कालबा होईल आिण िस टम णाली नंतर या उमेदवारास टॅलट पल ू
मधनू तािसका त वावर िनयु साठी ताव पाठव यात येईल.

5. If candidate apply for the CHB then principal will get an option to verify their
profile and then they can send the offer letter.
जर उमेदवाराने तािसका त वावर िनयु साठी अज के ला असेल तर मु या यापकांना यांचे ोफाइल
स यािपत कर याचा पयाय िमळेल आिण यानंतर ते ऑफर लेटर पाठवू शकतील.

6. Candidate will get an option to accept or reject the offer letter sent by the principal.
ाचायानी पाठवलेले ऑफर लेटर वीकार यास िकंवा नाकार याचा पयाय उमेदवाराला िमळे ल.

7. If candidate rejects the offer letter then system will block that particular candidate
for the period of next 3 years in the applied institute.
जर उमेदवाराने ऑफर लेटर नाकारले तर िस टम णाली म ये या िविश उमेदवाराला अज के ले या
सं थेसाठी पढु ील 3 वषा या कालावधीसाठी अज करता येणार नाही.

8. If candidate accepts the offer letter then he will directly get converted into the CHB
visiting faculty.
उमेदवाराने ऑफर लेटर वीकार यास ते थेट अ यागत िश काम ये पांत रत होतील.

1. Principal will get an option to create the vacancy for visiting faculty into the
system.
ाचायाना िस टम णालीम ये अ यागत िश कासाठी र जागा तयार कर याचा पयाय िमळे ल
2. System will automatically send the suggestions to the candidates with highest merit
score from the talent pool.
टॅलट पलू मधनू सव च गणु व ा असले या उमेदवारांना िस टम णाली वयंचिलतपणे ताव
पाठवेल.
3. Principal will get an option to verify or to reject the profile of the applicants.
ाचायाना अजदारांचे ोफाइल पडताळणी साठी िकंवा नाकार याचा पयाय िमळेल.
4. Principal can accept the application and can send the offer letter to the candidate or
else they can reject the candidate by specifying the reason for rejection.
ाचाय अज वीका शकतात आिण उमेदवाराला ऑफर लेटर पाठवू शकतात अ यथा ते नाकार याचे
कारण िनिद क न उमेदवारांना नाका शकतात.
5. Principal will get an option to add the monthly schedule for the visiting faculties.
ाचायाना अ यागत िश कांचे मािसक वेळाप क तयार कर याचा पयाय िमळेल.
6. Principal will get an option to approve / reject the timesheet submitted by the
employees.
अ यागत िश कानं ी सादर के ले या वेळा प काला मा यता दे याचा / नाकार याचा पयाय ाचायास
िमळे ल.
7. Principal will get an option to generate the honorarium of all the visiting faculties.
ाचायाना सव अ यागत िश कांचे मानधन तयार कर याचा पयाय िमळेल.
8. Principal will get an option to terminate the services of the visiting faculty based on
the feedback of the trainees.
ाचायाना िश णाथ ं या अिभ ायावर अ यागत िश कांची सेवा समा कर यासाठी पयाय उपल द
असेल.

1. Visiting faculties will get an option to see the schedule updated by their principals.
अ यागत िश कांना यां या ाचाया ारा अ यावत के लेले वेळा प क पहा याचा पयाय िमळे ल.
2. They will get an option to update the schedule and submit it to the principal.
यांना वेळा प क अ यावत कर याचा आिण ते ाचायाकडे सादर कर याचा एक पयाय िमळे ल.
3. Visiting faculties will get an option to see their todays schedule as well as monthly
schedule.
अ यागत िश कांना यांचे आजचे वेळा प क तसेच मािसक वेळा प क पाह याचा एक पयाय िमळेल.
4. Visiting faculties will be required to update the daily lesson plans taught.
अ यागत िश कांना दैनंिदन िशकिवलेले धडे अ यावत ठे वणे बंदनकारक असेल.
5. The services of the visiting faculties will be terminated by the system based on the
feedback of the trainees without giving any reasons.
अ यागत िश कांची सेवा णाली ारे िश णाथ ं या अिभ ाया या आधारे कोणतीही सचू ना न देता
समा कर यात येईल.
6. The services of the visiting faculties will be terminated by the Principal if the result
of the trainees is less than 75%.
जर िश णाथ चं ा िनकाल ७५% पे ा कमी लाग यास अ यागत िश कांची सेवा ाचाय ारे समा
कर यात येईल.

The above guidelines for the candidate, principals, visiting faculties and the rules of
the system will be regularly updated as per the requirements of the implementation
of the system and therefore all the concerns required to read it regularly.

उपरो उमेदवारासाठी, ाचायासाठी, अ यागत िश कासाठी मागदशक सचू ना व णालीचे िनयम
