Dear Mr. Bolos:

We would like to endorse to your end the herein list of LGU-Endorsed personnel to
the Province of Palawan who will board Philippine Airlines Flight from Manila to
Puerto Princesa on 16 April 2021. To wit:

As per Executive Order No. 81 issued by Gov. Jose Ch. Alvarez dated 24 August
2020, all APORs shall pre-coordinate their travel going to the province through the
Provincial Emergency Operations Center.

As such, the abovementioned APORs have coordinated their travel with the
Provincial EOC. Quarantine procedures and health protocols have also been pre-
arranged upon their arrival.
