REFLECTION PAPER: IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AND EQUALITY AND

EQUITY

Being teacher is sometimes pressure it’s because we encounter the different attitude of
our students but helping students to learn more is one of the great task you have done.
We are all know that every one of us have differences. We have different ability and skill.
Inclusive education is one of the ways to help student who have better plan in their
future. It is also the best way to help students to improve their individual ability. We are
equal in this world we have all right to go in the school and learn. We have freedom to
achieve our goals. But most of this days some can’t go to school for some reason like of
poverty and also bullying. However we are all know that inclusive education learning is
one way to give freedom those who have disability that want to achieve their plan in
their life. We respect them and treat them just a normal because they are also a human
who have determination in life. Give them more time and support to strive what they
want. Through this kind of education learning most of the people who have disabilities
they have chance to enhance their confident and let them develop their potential. Let us
inspire them and give more time to gain knowledge. As future teacher not only the
school can help them but I should do my best to teach them. . I also encourage them.
Don’t let them to stop because of discrimination in the society but let them help to stand
up to show the world that they are worthy and important. Teaching students especially
to those who special needs are not easy but if you have a goal to help them then you have
no reason to be tired. For me dreaming big can motivate me to study hard.

In inclusive education let us apply the equity and equality. For the equality we need to
be equal in all things. Because we are equal in the eyes of our ALMIGHTY GOD nothing
can equal to him. It doesn’t mean that we have capable to buy anything we can do
anything although we hurt someone. In our society we are all know that now a days only
the people who have degree was receive a respect but the people in the middle and low
class get discrimination. In terms of education as future teacher let us teach student
equally. For equity let us be fair to anybody. Most of this time we observe that many
people is very competitive not for the business but for the personal life. Students can
also apply the equity they should help to each other not degrading your fellow student.
Don’t exist your being crab mentality but rather exist your being helpful. Don’t let your
classmate fail. Not only in your school but inside your home always exist the equity at all
things in all time. Apply equality and equity everyday life.
