I am an excellent English speaker. I follow the Effortless English five day

training method. Every day I improve my English pronunciation. Every day I
use the Effortless English Pronunciation method. I practice every unit for at
least five days.

On day 1, I watch the lesson video. I practice the skills and take notes.
Then I listen to the training audio or the unit. I listen very carefully. I try to
hear all the sounds exactly. I also listen to the rhythm, speed, and
intonation. I listen carefully at least five times.

On day 2, I listen to the same training audio again. I pause after every
sentence and copy the speaker. I speak loudly and try to sound exactly like
the audio. I do this five times or more.

On day 3, I read the text for the training audio out loud with a strong voice. I
record myself. Then I compare my recording to AJ’s pronunciation. I notice
where my pronunciation is different than AJ’s. I do this five times or more.

On days 4 and 5, I track the training audio. While listening to the audio, I
speak out loud. I try to speak at the same time as AJ and I try to exactly
copy AJ’s pronunciation. I speak loudly and walk while doing tracking
whenever possible. I do this tracking technique at least five times a day.
More is better.

Finally, the next day I am ready for a new unit. I start the next unit on day 1.
I watch the lesson video and take notes. Then I listen to the new training
audio carefully. My pronunciation is improving.

Every day, I am closer to a perfect American accent. In fact, I love to
exaggerate my American accent. I make my American accent super strong.
Improving my accent is like a game. I pretend that I am an actor who is
playing an American character. As I copy AJ’s rhythm, I use a loud, strong
voice, and I even use his gestures and facial expressions. I am excited
about my improvement because I get more respect when people hear my
fantastically clear American accent. I’m having a lot of fun improving my
pronunciation now.

I feel the vibrations in my nose and, of course, this sounds a little strange.
For throat vibration, I drop

my pitch to the middle level. I relax my throat and let it vibrate. I put my
finger on my throat to feel the vibrations. I feel the vibrations most strongly
in my neck and throat. Finally, I drop my pitch even more. I speak with a
low voice as I push the vibration down, down, down into my chest. I still feel
some vibration in my throat but now my chest is also vibrating. My voice
sounds deep and strong when I use chest vibration. As I practice, I easily
move sound vibrations If up and down my body. I am now ready to master
the specific sounds of English.
