Most people believe that the internet has been one of the best things that could

have been used discovered. However, I believe that its discovery has also proven
that it can be dangerous. I feel this way for several reasons which I will develop in
the subsequent paragraphs.

The Internet is occupied with a lot of users with different intentions. Some use
internets as an academic resource while others use it for vicious activities. For
example, my friend was surfing on the web when suddenly a link was sent to him,
and he clicked on it. As a result, cyberbullies got secret information regarding my
friends’ life. Additionally, there are cases where uses pretend to be other users to
perform a scheme, and to steal your valuable data on the web. Although internet
can be entertaining, the users in it may be threatening. Thus, internet should be
seen cautiously by individuals.

Primarily, internet us used as an academic resource by people. However, the data

that you find might not be valid. This is since people are paid to upload false info
for users. As a result, people are absorbing unreasonably knowledge. For instance,
I was doing some searching regarding a project that I had, and when I presented
the data to the professor, he argued that the info gathered was incorrect. Despite
the diversity of the data on the internet, some of them might be made up and
fabricated. Therefore, defining internet as an unreliable source of information.

Ultimately, internet as everything else in this world has its positive, and negative
impacts. However, I think that disadvantages outweigh advantages. This is
supported by the two provided examples and reasonably arguments which
include cybercrimes, unpracticality, and many more.
