In our state, many schools resolve
their financial challenges by
Limiting/eliminating music programs
Statement of Need

MAny schools do not provide access to


musical instruments/Equipment for students
to use.

Music for Life Foundation


A nonprofit organization in Kaneohe
An all-volunteer board of directors and staff
providing musical instruments and equipment,
lessons and workshop sessions from notable
musicians and music educators, moderate financial
support, and other needed resources.

A simple mission: to empower people through music.


Methodology

Spend time researching on ways to create
drumsticks and finding methods suitable for
me.

Contacting of "Music for Life" Organization


about what I plan to do to help out.

Make drumsticks for children and make sure the


sticks are all unique in their way.

Donation of drumsticks to "Music for Life"


Foundation and possibly spending time
volunteering for the organization.

Further helping through volunteering and


reporting to complete project.
Evaluation
Quantitative:
How many sticks are produced?
How many Children were able to get these sticks?

Qualitative:
How is the Quality of the sticks that were made?
Did my volunteering help in inspiring children about
the drums/music?

Using online resources like Weebly
