To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Adrian Cortez for only a year as a teacher; however, I can say with confidence that
Adrian is a dedicated student who never fails to lead and guide others in an exemplary manner.
In doing so, he sets a strong example for the school and the community with his kindness and
dedication to others.

Adrian, a devoted son, demonstrates his strong, family, moral values on a daily basis through his
interactions with other students in the classroom and on the field of competition as well as
faculty and staff. His self-efficacy gives him the opportunity to encounter and overcome the
challenges of leading positively with a clear vision embodying a moral compass with a personal
focus on excellence and responsibility.

Adrian’s work ethic in the classroom is a further indicator of his dedication to success and
leading by example. He displays uncommonly high levels of moral character, self-discipline,
vision, and the commitment necessary to become a successful, young man representing his
school and community well.
