about yourself.

Blue: Good day my name is Blue Andrei Lucila, you can call me “blue”. I’m graduate of Bachelor of
science in Accountancy, and I passed the CPA licensure exam last MAY in the current year. My passion
revolves around doing crafts and designing. On my spare time I love playing volleyball and watching
movies. When I was studying, I joined different extra- curricular activities such as public speaking, essay
writing, and readers theater. My Job description includes that I’m excellence in organizational skills and I
am well knowledgeable of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles. I’m interested in trying new things, learning new stuff and interacting with
different people. I can work under pressure but still with quality. I’m very creative I loved thinking of
new ideas and innovating things. Thankyou

Pat: okay so what do you know about our company?

Blue: Working to be part of one of well-known accounting firm in the Philippines is my great honor.
Before I apply to your company, I spent time researching about companies where my job description
would fit in and what I know about your company is that SyCip Gorres Velayo & Company or SGV &
Company is currently the Philippines' largest multidisciplinary professional services firm with nine offices
across the country Operating for almost 76 years. The Firm employs more than 5,000 professionals from
various disciplines. SGV provide integrated solutions that draw on diverse and deep competencies in
assurance, tax, strategy and transactions, and consulting services. 

Pat: nice, so can you tell me about your strength and weaknesses?

Blue:

Pat: okay for you last question, how do you see yourself five years from now?

Blue: I see myself five years from now still working on your company because I see this company as
being perfect fit in terms of allowing me to develop my expertise and contribute to company’s goal. I see
myself doing much more than my current capacity in terms of responsibilities. I want to gain more
knowledge and lead some tasks. Five years from now I would like to see myself as a trustworthy and
reliable part of the company. Five years from now I would like to see myself as someone who is more
flexible and self-reliance because I’m passionate about the industry that I have chosen, especially where
its headed and for me to make this thing I need to work hard, be responsible and dependable.
