SOP for Unicorn Lyte 3/5

1. How to replace reagent pack :

Operation → Change pack → now connect pack and press YES
Operation → Priming 2 times → calibration → Need to check slope, should be ok.

2. How to replace MBM :

Operation → Change MBM → put new MBM into MBM box and close the door → Press YES
Will take activation and calibration → Need to check calibration slope, should be ok.

3. How to edit and run QC :

Sample/QC → QC
1) QC Lot → Input QC lot No.
2) QC Target → code 666 → 1. QC 1 Target(enter QC target value), same follow for QC 2 and
QC 3.
3) QC test → 1. QC 1 test. Same follow for QC 2 and QC 3 test.

4. Sample run :
Ready mode → Lift probe → Probe in serum → analyzing → Result.

5. Cleaning: after 300 samples or once in 30 days whichever is earlier : (By EZ Cleanser of
Electrolyte Analyzer).
Maintenance → turn next page by > this key → clean → press 5 → Probe in cleanser → Done.

Note : While running cleaning put old/defective MBM in MBM box and after cleaning again
put running MBM in MBM box, run calibration by Operation → Calibration → Slope should be
ok.
