2. Based on your observation, what is the status of entrepreneurship here in the Philippines?
= In the Philippines, entrepreneurship is viewed as important to empowering the poor, enhancing
production, and has an impetus to innovation. The 1987 Philippine Constitution recognizes
entrepreneurship as an engine of economic growth.
3. Among the seven (7) socio-economic benefits of entrepreneurship, which is one of the greatest?
Back up your answer with an explanation.
= Among the seven (7) socio economic benefits of entrepreneurship is that improves the quality
of me, because some people in the poor state have made their live changes by setting up an
enterprise such as the successful businessman Henry Sy, he then was very poor, he relied only
his footwear shop called Shocmart. As time pass by, he was become successfully in business and
his live has suddenly changes, just by a footwear shop.
4. What do you think are the challenges that our Filipino entrepreneurs are facing as of now? What
will you recommend to overcome those challenges?
= The challenges faced by the Filipino entrepreneurs as of now, are finding balances and
achieving a healthy mindset, taking action and moving forward, keeping up with legislation, and
dealing with information overload and selecting the right focus.
5. In what way can Filipino entrepreneurs competing global scales? How can they survive in such a
tight competition?
= Going global is not just for a large corporation. Small and medium enterprises can get into the
action too. There are many reasons entrepreneurs should go global. Here are two: First, the
opportunities obviously are much greater. For companies that already dominate their sector, the
next step is to look for potential customers abroad.
6. If you have the means to put up your own small business someday, what venture opportunity will
you choose?
= I will have to put my start-up business in water station because it is monopoly business which
means rare business enterprise are of my competitors, not too many. I can get compete with them
effortlessly since water stations are seldom to sell in a certain area of living.

= Line Authority it is a direct supervisory relationship between superior and subordinate. Line
Authority moves from the top to the bottom of the organization. Staff Authority it provides
advice or technical assistance to top management. Such advisory authority has no direct control
over subordinates, or activities of other departments.
