1. Explain how managers differ from non-managerial employees. Describe how to


classify managers in organization.
2. With the historical perspective of management in mind, reflect on changes you
foresee in the managements role in the next 20 years. Are the historical management
concepts still relevant today and in the future? Why or why not?
3. Do you think organization today, able to respond flexibly to changing economic,
political, social, and technological context in a global scenario? Why do you say so?
4. If you are a manager of an organization, how important is diversity to you? Are you

10. When business expansion and progression entails complexities then, it is
