INTRODUCTION

This Statement of Work (SOW) to the Sydney Mixologist Bartender Hire Corporation located at
5 Hutchinson St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia Sydney between Casa Della Merenda located
at Brgy. Ligaya, Bauan, Mabini, Batangas entered into between the parties and is effective on
March 13, 2023 (SOW Effective Date). The Sydney Mixologist Bartender Hire Corporation will
perform the service needed, Bartenders who will work directly with customers by mixing and
serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include making hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and
non-alcoholic, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy
drinks for Casa Della Merenda. The Sydney Mixologist Bartender Hire Corporation shall provide
the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance
of work. This document includes all relevant information regarding the project, such as what
deliverables are included and not included in the project, include a high-level list of tasks
needed to complete the work, project duration start and end dates, project cost, requirements
for inspection, validation, and testing, terms, and expected output and results.
