22 I. The meeting started at 6:32 PM and was presided by Kim Joseph Pelaez, Finance

28 A. Finance Update
29 a. Caroling
30 From November 6, 2022 – January 8, 2023, the total collection from caroling was
31 Php70,061.00. The biggest donation came from MFC amounting Php11,000.00. We
32 were still waiting some caroling donation from Fr. Emil, Tito Raffy and Fr. Gabby.
33 The letter was still not given to Fr. Gabby.

36 There are still members who didn’t pay for the T-shirt and X-mas party contribution
37 – Php2,400.00 for the T-shirt and Php500.00 for the X-mas party.

39 c. Expenses
40 The total expenses for November 2022 are Php8,885.00 and Php22,884.00 for
41 December 2022. To limit the expenses, it was discussed to assign budget for each
42 department and the proposal of budget for each project. For transportation expenses,
43 if it will not benefit the whole Schola Trinitatis, the ministry will not shoulder the
44 expenses.

46 d. Other Financial Matters
47 i. The fund left after buying the keyboard will be the budget for the first
48 quarter.
49 ii. We’ll try to bring back the stipend given by the parish to the choir every
50 Sunday since the parish financial status is already stable.
51 iii. The income for the first quarter would be the budget for the second quarter
52 and so on and so forth.

54 B. Fund Raising Projects
55 a. Collaborative Merchandise of Soccom and Schola Trinitatis
56 Soccom and Schola Trinitatis agreed to collaborate in selling merchandise products
57 such as T-shirt, art products, etc. as well as religious items.

59 b. Seasonal Items
60 It was discussed that seasonal items could also be sold like Palaspas on Palm Sunday.

62 c. Fun Run for a Cause
63 Fun Run was also raised. Schola Trinitatis will ask if PYM and Soccom can
64 collaborate with this fund-raising project.

66 d. Harana / Caroling
67 It was also discussed that caroling could still be continued in the form of “Harana”

69 e. Bookings
70 For bookings, it was decided that if the stipend is Php1,500.00 and below, it will go
71 to the food of those who participated. If it is above Php1,500.00, it will go to food
72 and transportation for those who participated. If there’s still left, it will go to the fund
73 of Schola Trinitatis.

78 a. Canvassing of suppliers should compose of three bidders for which the Finance body
79 will decide what supplier will be chosen.
80 b. The threshold for quotation would be Php3,000.00. Otherwise, if it is below the
81 threshold, canvass form would be used.

83 D. Other Matters
84 a. Schola Trinitatis Empowerment Program
85 SEP aims to develop the talents and skills of Schola Trinitatis’ members. It will
86 compose of teaching and training members on playing instruments, Gregorian music,
87 Latin songs, arts, etc. Technical Head Committee head Jeremy Cabillo will spearhead
88 the said program.

90 b. Songbook
91 It was decided that Php2,500.00 will be allotted to buy songbooks composed by
92 Ferdinand Bautista to be bought on Diocesan Conference on Liturgical Music on
93 February 4, 2023.

95 IV. The next meeting would be on February 11, 2023.
