Subject : DESIGNATION AS NSTP CAMPUS COORDINATOR

You are hereby designated as NSTP Campus Coordinator effective August 1, 2022. As such you
are expected to perform the following tasks in addition to your responsibility to SorSU Castilla Campus:

1. Prepare action plan and program of activities of the Campus in consonance with the NSTP
Program of the University;
2. Coordinate with the Deans and ROTC Commandant and other government and non-government
agencies regarding the enrolment and implementation of the CWTS/ LTS/ ROTC programs of the
Campus;
3. Conduct and orientation seminar to new students;
4. Monitor the implementation of the NSTP Programs in the Campus;
5. Coordinate with the Faculty, Deans and Campus Director on matters pertaining to NSTP
activities, programs and projects in relation to the plans and policies of the College;
6. Develop course outline and coordinate the matter with the faculty;
7. Attend meetings called for by the Campus Director, Deans, NSTP Director and the University
President; and
8. Perform other relevant and related official functions, duties and responsibilities as may be
assigned by the Campus Director.
This designation will not entail additional compensation except for reimbursement of expenses
incurred in the approved performance of duties and responsibilities outside the official station.
