Subject : DESIGNATION AS OFFICER, ADMISSION SERVICES

You are hereby designated as Admission Officer effective August 1, 2022. As such you
are expected to perform the following tasks in addition to your responsibility to SorSU Castilla
Campus:
1. Supervise and manage the office of the Admission Services;
2. Implement all issuances, policies , and guidelines set by the Academic Council, CHED,
BOR and other concerned agencies and bodies as regard to admission services;
3. Coordinate with the Guidance and Counseling Services Office in the purchase of test
materials and administration, score, and check of admission tests;
4. Publish bulletins of information and catalogues;
5. Prepare and submit the following, but not limited to action plans, budget, procurement
program, progress and annual accomplishment reports to the Director of Student
Development and Services;
6. Implement policies formulated by the SorSU Board of Regents as well as laws enacted
by the Republic and rules and regulations by the DBM, OA, CHED, CSC, and other higher
authorities;
7. Establish and maintain linkages with HOs and NGOs in the promotion of the university’s
vision and mission;
8. Coordinate with other administrative and academic units for smooth and harmonized
operations.
9. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by Campus Director.

This designation will not entail additional compensation except for reimbursement of
expenses incurred in the approved performance of duties and responsibilities outside the
official station.
