To the Office of Department of Agriculture,

A Blessed Day!
We would like to inform your office that we, the Youth for Environment Society Organization, is holding
an activity to encourage our beloved participants to plant more trees in school. The Tree Planting aims to
promotes everyone in the community to engage in nature-development activities which could help in maintaining
a harmonious and safe environment to live.

In connection to this, we would like to ask for your assistance through donations that will help us in
implementing this activity not only for the development of the participants but also for the environmental
improvement of the school community. We would like to ask for your donations for the basic needs of the tree
planting activity such as narra, mahogany and materials needed in planting that will provided for those
participants who are interested to join but does not have enough materials to be used in the said activity.

We are looking forward for your positive response regarding this matter. On behave of YES-O, we would
