1.What was the topic of the video conference?
 The topic in the video is their financial reports about their company. The video
depicts a real-world video conference call. It demonstrates the many obstacles and
diversion experienced by the contestants. Poor connection, audio issues, and noise
from the background are one of the most common problem of a participant.

2.Who were the participants? Where were they from?

 The participants are Tyler, Tripp, Paul, Beth, John, David. Some of them are in the
office or meeting room, their own house, hotel, lastly are stuck in traffic.

3.How was the flow of the video conference?

 The flow in the video conference is shaky sometimes misunderstanding each other
there’s a participants are signal is weak. They have encountered a lot of technical
difficulties.

4.Where there some technical glitches encountered?

 Some technical glitches they encountered some participants involved in the video
conference are on their own homes, hotel, and stuck in traffic, they do unusual stuffs
that may seem unprofessional.

5.After viewing the sample video conference, what do you think are some of the constraints
of the communication mode?

 I think some of the constraints of this communication mode in the video conference
are follows;
-user error. -lack of personal interaction.
-audio issues. -organizing newly created data.
-functionally issues.
-network connectivity issues.
