Data Gathering Forms must be in two (2) copies and in A4 size bond

paper, to be submitted in the planning section (one copy) and must be
uploaded at the Basic Education Information System (BEIS) before the
one-on-one online validation.

4. Participants must bring a laptop and have ready must data during the
one-on-one validation.

All other provisions in the memorandum remain in effect.
