Marketing plan

Product: We are selling 3D printed meat products that are using plant-based
ingredients and fungi. Out 3D meat products include beef, chicken, chicken fillet and
also seafood such as shellfish and crabs. All of the products are professionally
customized by nutritionist to make sure the nutrition in products are sufficient for
consumer. Other than that, our 3D products also undergo testing to let the taste and
textures of products be as similar as possible to real meat products

Price: The price that we have are depending on the cost that used for production and
the market price that are having in nowadays 3D printed meat industry. The prices
that we state also based on the profit margin. After consideration, we have decided to
sold our products as follow

Place: we decided to sell our products in several places. One of the places include
supermarket or shopping malls. It is because there will be a lot of people that visit
these places so there will be more chance for people to notice our products. We can
also sell our products in the store that are also selling plant-based products by having
partnership with them. We will also undergo the survey to discovered which area have
higher demands on healthy products, so that we can more focus on that particular area
on promoting our products.

Promotion: we will have promotion during some festival periods such as Deepavli,
Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and so on. We will have discount around 20-30%
during these festival periods so that people will be attracted by our products. Other
than that, we will also give promotion for membership. If customer willing to register
as a member for our company, he or she can enjoy a discount up to 15% for all the
products that we sell in our stores.
Operation plan

Business location
For the business location, we have discuss about where we want to locate our
manufacturing factory to produce 3D printed meat products. After long discussion, we
have decided to locate our manufacturing factory in Senai Industrial Park. It is located
outside Johor Bahru, Johor. The reasons why we choose here as business location is
that Senai Industrial Park provide a range of infrastructure and facilities, this included
industrial lands, warehouses, and utilities such as water and electricity. This make the
operation of manufacturing facility become more cost-effective and easier. Another
reason that we choose Senai Industrial Park is because it is strategically located near
the Senai International Airport, it makes us to be more simple and cost-effective in
exporting our finished products to others states or even other countries. Senai
Industrial Park also home to many manufacturing company, which include some of
the food industry, which provide opportunities for collaboration. This can help us to
have existing expertise and resources in the area.

Facilities and equipment

To produce our products, we need a place for us to do the production. Therefore, we
need to have a food manufacture facility. To achieve this goals, we decided to get the
facility by leasing or renting. It is because we are still a start-up company so there are
not that much budget for us to direct purchase a place for us to do production of our
products. Renting a place help us to have more flexibility on our financial
managements either at the early stage of business or in future.

Other than facility, machines also one of the things that we need to concern about. To
produce 3D products, we need to have 3D printing machines, mixer and extruder so
that we can produce our products. Other than that, we also need packaging machines
to pack our products for sales. For these machines we decided to get them by leasing
at early stage. It is because the machines required regular updates and maintenance.
Renting will help in saving the cost for maintenance and also we can change to other
brands if the machines are not function effectively. After we have confirmed that the
machines are suitable enough for us to use we will directly purchase these equipments
for long-term use.
