Physical education (PE) classes in high schools

Healthy bodies and healthy minds


The brain is the most important part of the body, because it drives

all parts of the body. These processes of the brain depend on different

activities in daily life, and their cognitive impairment depends on these.

When people exercise their mind through physical activity, they can have

a healthier brain, and people will not have dementia or mental problems in

future. Although some people think that this part does not have exercise,

it is a very common and involuntary job. Indeed, this process is connected

to the body and mind throughout life. However, physical education classes

in high schools must be one of the most important classes for all children

in the school and the different age groups because it is creating a strong

and healthier generation.
