1. LOGIN CREDENTIALS
Step 1: Go to the portal URL https://nihon.ncareers.org/ncareers4.2/login , a page will be
loaded as shown below.

Step 2: Fill in the username and password, click “Sign In”.

Step 3: The home page will be loaded as shown below.

2. Dashboard
Step 1: Click on “Launch LMS” to land on the LMS dashboard.

Step 2: Dashboard will be loaded as shown below.

Step 3: When clicked on the clickables as shown in the screenshot, the list of constituents,
teachers, learners, and assessments will be displayed.

3. User Admin
3.1 Teachers
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “User Admin” >> “Teachers”.

Step 2: By clicking on that, the list of teachers is loaded with domain filter option.

4. Subscriptions
4.1 Subscriptions
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Subscriptions” >> “Subscriptions”.

Step 2: A page will be loaded as shown below, where the list of “Active and Expired
Subscriptions” will be listed out.

Step 3: Under “Expired Subscriptions”, there is an action button which denotes “Click here to
Stop Subscription”, when clicked on it the subscribed plan will be stopped.

Step 4: Under “Expired Subscriptions”, there is an action button which denotes “Click here to
continue subscription”, when clicked on it the subscribed plan will be continued.

4.2 Credits
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Subscriptions” >> “Credits”.

Step 2: A page will be loaded as shown below, displaying the list of users with their credit
details with the filter options.

4.3 Programs
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Subscriptions” >> “Programs”.

Step 2: By clicking that, a list of programs will be displayed with the filter option where you
can manage the programs.

5. Constituents
5.1 Add New Constituent
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Constituents” >> “Add New Constituent”.

Step 2: By clicking that, a page will be loaded where you can enter the new constituent details
and click on “Submit”.

5.2 Manage Constituents
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “Constituents” >> “Manage Constituents”.

Step 2: A page will be loaded as shown below, which will display the list of constituents
available with their domain name.

Step 3: By clicking on the “Manage Admins” option, you will be able to manage the constituent
admin.

Step 4: A page will be loaded which will display all the users of the domain.

Step 5: By clicking on the “Edit” option, you will be able to edit the users of the constituent
admin.

Step 6: Once the details are edited, click on the “Submit” button to update the details of the
user.

Step 7: By clicking on the “Delete” option, you will be able to delete the users of the constituent
admin.

Step 8: By clicking on the “Suspend” option, you will be able to suspend the user of the
constituent admin.

Step 9: By clicking on the “Click to Activate User” option, you will be able to activate the
suspended user of the constituent admin.

Step 10: There is another option “Add New Admin”, when clicked on it, you can add new
constituent admin.

Step 11: By clicking the back button you will be taken to the “Manage Admins” page as shown
below.

Step 12: By clicking on the “Edit” option, you will be able to edit the constituent.

Step 13: By clicking on the “Delete” option, you will be able to delete the constituent.

Step 14: By clicking on the “Suspend” option, you will be able to suspend the constituent.

Step 15: By clicking on the “Click to Activate” option, you will be able to activate the
suspended constituent.

6. My Reports
6.1 Overall Assessment Report
Step 1: Go to “Menu” >> “My Reports” >> “Overall Assessment Report”.

Step 2: A page will be loaded, where you can fill in the details by choosing from the dropdowns
available and when clicked on “Show Report” the report will be displayed.

6.2 Invoice Report


Step 1: Go to the “Invoice Report” in the menu, to view all the invoice report.

Step 2: A page will be loaded, whereby entering the filter options you can view the invoice
report of the users.
