that make us delay about 4 moths and make us have to execute start on 9

Action : We already resolve the problem and get new sub Contractor . and now we

Problems Encountered and Solutions Undertaken
Listed below are the problems encountered on site and the appropriate solutions/actions
undertaken;
A. Problems Encountered
1. The Project Actually Started From Contract Date on 15 September 2017 But actually in the
field we started execute work on 9 january 2018. We have been late about 4 months. We get
problems internal our company, problems with our Subcontractor so that make us delay about
4 moths and make us have to execute start on 9 january 2018.
2. Even we started work in January but we tried to catch up with the time schedule plan we
already made before.
3. We have problem with local public when we execute item clearing and grubbing on the sta
03+200. When we started clearing tree and fences we got clashed with the local people who
wanted to attack the excavator operator but all of them were well solved either through the
village head.
4. We have problems with land acquisition in the rice fields so we have to not able start
embankment works and stone masonry works.
5. We already design new CCO boqand new design follow the actual volume on the fields
project but we still wait for approve from MOPTC. The new COC same budget in the contract
we only change volume on the earthworks and structure works so still the same budget on the
original contract.
