Our products are built for everyone. This happened because the price is very affordable. You cam get
soseaweed noodle only for IDR.5000. this is what makes our product is one of the best on market
besides the taste and the health aspect.

2.KEY ROLES

All roles are important here in soseaweed noodle. But, there are a few important roles like
nutritionist who advises others on matters of food and nutrition and their impacts on health.

Marketing crew that helps to make a product or service attractive and instantly recognizable.

Production crew who responsible for maintaining the setup, dismantling, maintenance, and removal
of music and theatre production equipment for stage work. And also, a finance

1.bussiness strategy

For our business strategy we were having collaboration with Cristiano Ronaldo as our brand
ambassador, also we were going to hire the best nutritionist to maintain our product quality we also
had the halal certificate to prove that our product can be enjoyed by the majority of the people in
Indonesia which is Muslims.
And last we also give a choice of flavor, we have original flavor, barbeque,BBQ sausage and also
onion chicken.

2.problems

we also have a few problems such as bad weather, by this I mean the heavy rain who can caused our
seaweed quality to be degraded. Factory waste also became our problem because it contaminating
the sea water and the last one is the market competition because there are many competitor with
the same product (noodles) out there.

Problem solving

To solve the problem explained before, we are going to build a shelter to protect our seaweed from
heavy rain and also we are going to build a waste storage to recycle our waste.

Ethical strategies

Our project was meant to prospering the life of the seaweed farmers also maintained the
environment and we also give job opportunities for the disabilities people and help them not only
financially but also mentally.
